America is huge, most places are mostly American... and the dub has just been shown in America. Also, this site is more for Americans.. note how they report new episodes in the dub on www.narutofan.com, but not when it was in France... and probably won't when it is shown in other European countries.

Anyway, I'm from Europe.

Yeah. With the recent spats with China (and the many people on both sides who are feeling the hate instead of the love), and North Korea with nukes, I hear lots of Japanese are wanting closer ties to the US. Those people love the US right now.

Wait, what's wrong with a lot of people being from America (specifically USA) when this is mainly a site for... english translations of a Japanese show/manga, and an english dominated forum.

Wouldn't it make sense that most of the people here are from an english speaking country(primarily)? I think the polls reflect that, as most of us so far are from either North America, or Europe.

Ha! I've been to Norway, lived with a friend for a bit, and I say it's pretty much the same as Canada. Well, Sandefjord, at least--that's all I can safely speak for. Expensive as all hell, though.

Though, it's London that reminds me of Toronto. Ah, well. Probably because Oslo is so homogeneous. Essentially the western world is similar enough from place to place, but still peculiarly strange to one another at times. [O' course, in Europe I've only ever been to the UK and Scandinavia.]

Yup, Norway is pretty expensive. Most Norwegians go to Sweden for holiday shopping, the Swedes go to Denmark, the Danes go to Germany, the Germans go to, well, basically any Slavic country.

One thing that annoys me with Norway is that, while it is expensive here, we only have the "mainstream" stuff. Getting any good books on religion, mythology or the occult is next to impossible.

Anyway, Norway is okay enough, but when the Nationalism(soccer...*shudders*) of Norwegians kick in, there's really no difference between Norway, and say, the US. At those points comes a time when I really wish I'm living in Japan. Not to say the Japanese aren't nationalistic, but I'll be to blissful to even care :).

I agree with all you say except for Tony Blair definitely smells. He sent in troops to Iraq along with the US. I realize that Saddam commited some atrocities however firstly there is no evidence proving a connection between him and al queda. And on another note if they just went to overthrow a horrible dictator they could have gone to another country that is way worse off than Iraq. Like the sudan maybe or sierra leone. But there is no oil in that part of the world so why would they send therir "liberators" to those places. I am sorry if this is a rant, but it is difficult to insult Bush and then support a leader who agrees with him on many topics.
