This FC is for the pairing of Manaka Junpei and Nishino Tsukasa. If you love the pairing of these two join then you should join. I believe this is the first pairings FC of Ichigo 100%, so you could call us the pioneers!

Lol, yea, I think I do. There's only one scene that comes to mind when I think to that chapter.
I sent chauronity the website with the LQ scans done by Lucifer, specifically ch 145. So that way, he can read the chapter and also be able to get the pic for the banner.

Welcome BlueCheese. There'll be a spoiler banner but I think we'll try to encourage people to put the banner in spoiler tags in their sig to prevent spoilers. There will also be no talk about events not in the HQ releases. Most of us here talk in the Konoha library floor 2 section for those events. So don't worry BlueCheese.
@BlueCheese: It's actually not that much of a spoiler. So don't worry. The pic will be from ch. 145, which is only 2 chapters ahead of the Yanime releases.

Just my 2 cent but I think you should cut the idea of spoiler banner out 'cos I can just see it that a member not knowing that it is a spoiler wearing the spoiler banner around. It would 'cause alot of problems. But then again, I have no right to say as i am just a mere member :laugh
I think you're right Lingz. The only thing is, the so called "spoiler banner" occurs in ch. 145 so that's why we thought it might be ok. But maybe we won't put the banner up til Yanime reaches that point. It's up to 9-tails as to whether or not he wants to put it up though. But yea, good point lingz.

The post following BC's. Yes Elephant King, that's what I was thinking. What I was planning on doing was to put up the banner and then hide it in a spoiler when I posted it up. I guess that if it's that much of a concern for people around here, then I have no choice but to give in to their demands.
But come on guys, it's only TWO chapters away! Make an effort to read those next TWO chapters, at least!:P
genjo sanzo, you can finish it if you want. The LQ chapters aren't really that bad, at all. They're no Yanime-high-quality scans, but they won't exactly make you hurt your eyes due to LQ garbage, either. Pity though, it's a good ending.

Come on guys it won't be that long till Yanime's release hopefully. Even if you put it in spoiler tags other members wouldn't. So please just refrain for a little while ok?
We're still gonna make the banner Wu but we might not put it up til Yanime releases their chapter. So Blue, I think we're gonna refrain from doing it for now. I don't mind waiting til Yanime releases their chapters before we put it up. But it's up to 9-tails in the end as to whether or not to put it up.

How long did it take for Yanime to go from volume 15 to 16? Well, here's what I'm gonna do. Heh, I wonder if chauronity's read the next chapter, seeing as how he's stopped right at 144.:notrust So, assuming he's actually read that chapter, I'm gonna ask him to make that banner. If he hasn't read that chapter, then I'd be inclined to ask another person I'm cool with(the guy who made my avy, Hollow Ichigo sig, Shinobi's Smile banner, etc.) , JH1stGen. Assuming he doesn't read Ichigo 100%, I'll just ask him to make it via PM, hope that he accepts, then I'll just keep it in my private collection(probably send it to Elephant King and Wu) until Yanime releases the HQ stuff we're all waiting for. Then again, I'd probably have the banner re-done because of the High Quality pic.
Why won't I look for a pairings shot that Yanime's done? Because...
....it's just easier to find pairings pics after 143 to 167, because there are so many pairings shots. Kisses, hugs, holding hands, all of that.
Oh, and just call Elephant King my public speaker when I'm not here, because he's been doing a good job of speaking on my behalf, so far. lol.

Yea, I'm sure you could too. Like I said, check the first 26 or so chapters, basically, when they're going out together. You're bound to find a good pic to use somewhere there.

I see what you mean, but, you know, there was more action between them when they weren't going out, then when they were going out. Chapter 81 and 123 are good examples of that.
Good point. You know what you could do. I don't know how it'll look but you could show them each on the pullup bar. For example, the left side could be Manaka on the pull up bar and the right side could be Nishino on the pull up bar. I think that'd be an awesome banner but I'm not very good at making banners so maybe you can ask someone to make it. The best part about the pull up one is that Yanime has done the HQs for it and thus has colored it as well.

Ok, I've asked that our good friend chauronity do a non-spoiler banner. Since I don't wanna worry anyone here with spoilers, I had to ask that this banner be done, first.:thumbs
On a side-note, I saved the Ichigo 100% files to CD! Now, if I ever have to re-format my PC for whatever reason, I'll have this on back-up.:thumbs

Well, he was heavily criticized for his indecisiveness earlier, but he's improved in that department, greatly. In the end, I have nothing but respect for Manaka.

Very true. You can call it realistic with a few exceptions. For instance, how he's always managing to get himself into compromising situations with every girl he meets. 2, those fine, young girls liked him for a long time. All 3 of them before he enters high-school. Are you telling me that they can stay THAT interested in one guy for 3 or 4 years? Heh, Manaka didn't want to choose because he was afraid of hurting everyone else. He realized that people were gonna get hurt, anyways. The way he is in chapter 143 is better than what he was in chapter 1 because of his maturity.
I agree with you there in that he became much more mature later on than he was in the beginning.
Even though that scene in ch. 143 made me really happy, I felt like he was only kissing her because he thought Toujo had a boyfriend. Even Sotomura asked him that when Manaka told him that he and Nishino were back together. While he did fall in love with Nishino eventually and even told Toujo off, I still felt like he only accepted Nishino because of his confusion about Toujo's brother being her boyfriend. Of course his feelings for her changed eventually as he couldn't bear to see Nishino's sad face more so than Toujo's tears.

I also feared that it would be the undoing, but his feelings proved to geuine and real for (my princess) Nishino. I remember the first time, a little misunderstanding made him question his relationship with Nishino in middle school, and eventually it played a big part to their undoing. Now, he kisses Nishino with the preconceived notion that Toujo had a boyfriend, except this time, he stuck it out with the girl. Well, they did break up again(but on wayyy better condition than their first break up), but they got together AGAIN!:sweatdrop If they don't get married, I'll be one surprised Fine Jailed HoEkage.:) Some are sad by the ending, but I honestly think he made the right choice.

The one with Manaka looked good while it was in my head...but it didn't come out as good when I did it in PS.

If this were real life then there was no way that he ever would have gotten Nishino or Satsuki...Toujo maybe because when they became friends no one considered her hot and she wasn't popular at all. Being nice doesn't get anyone as ugly as Manaka three hot girls like that...

My biggest problem is when I think of this manga, I always try to compare it to real life. But everytime I do that, I find myself realizing that many events in the manga would almost never happen in real life. But like you said Wu, this is a manga.

Manaka is just a lucky guy with a string of good things happening for him...he gets put into situations with each of the girls that would never happen in real life. He just is never able to do anything.
If any of those situations happened to me in real life "accidentally" back in high school, I'd have been hella happy.

thanx. I still don't think it looks that great...but I don't know what to add to make it look better. So I'll just leave it as is.
I think it's the colors of Toujo. They don't feel too bright. Kozue's was hecka bright and stood out making it out. Toujo's coloring seems a little dull so it doesn't stand out too much. Thats's what I think.

hmm perhaps something more like a red ribbon and a blue-r shade for the uniform edges.:P something with brighter colors would contrast better.

Where on the left side would be Manaka doing a pullup while on the right side, we'd have Tsukasa doing a pullup. Anyways, I think the pic is pretty good for a banner. The spoiler banner that'll come out when the HQ is released will be a lot better. And that's the banner that we want to showcase but we just have to wait til Yanime releases it.

And i'm doing these sigs and stuff mainly in the weekends, so it also depends on the day too.

Or give me credit because I like it. Look, I've said all along that the true banner I've wanted to use is from chapter 145. This FC is Manaka x Nishino, so the nice banner that chauronity made(out of the kindness of his heart, mind you) is totally relevant to this FanClub.
To be perfectly honest, this new banner that chauronity provided us is more relevant to our FC than that banner is to the Nishino FC.:P Again, it's Manaka x Nishino and this new banner shows exactly that. For the Nishino FC, something should be used like my sig(where she's blinking ever-so beautifully). In my sig, she's all alone. o_O[/Blinking Nishino sig plug]

The Souhaku Scan's website will probably put it up soon enough. So you can probably get it there when it does. However, the torrent for Yanime doesn't take too long so I'd recommend trying the torrent. Who knows, it might work for you this time.

I believe so. However, if I remember correctly, I think the 19th volume is shorter than the other volumes, but I could be wrong.

I know what happens, yes, but even before I saw Manaka 'choose', I'd always been praying that he end up with Nishino. I didn't want him to pick Toujo, Satsuki, not a single person besides Nishino. Still though, if you're still feeling that sour about it, I'll remove your name from the list.
Who does he pick? Just keep reading. Also, please don't hold anything against anyone if they feel like Manaka will choose Toujo. It's their opinion. Whether they're right in their assumptions, you just gotta keep reading on to find out.

Still though, I dunno how anyone got 'stabbed' just because some people may think that the main character won't end up with their favorite female character. Plus, everyone in here obviously supports Manaka x Nishino, so I dunno how anyone's a 'traitor'. If someone thinks he'll end up with Toujo, let them think that but, likewise, if someone thinks he'll end up with Nishino, let them think that, too.
They make their opinions by reading what Mizuki(and Yanime, I guess) put out.

It's weird to have a member request to leave an FC. That's a first for me.
I've seen it before but it's rare. Usually, people just stop caring and ignore the FC, which is the same as leaving it, basically.

Wow. I just read both of your posts with those articles and all I can say is wow. I love that part about Kakashi's move similar to Chidori only that it's white, teehee. And that part about Chouji eating anything, wow, that was awesome. Nice post 9-tails. I have repped you for that.

Geez, the rep I've received off of that is simply overwhelming! It's taken over my reps page.:woo I just had to spread the truth about Naruto's being the Ladies Man and all. Also, I couldn't go on any longer without people knowing the real Kakashi! And more people than I would've anticipated really liked that Chouji part!
Well, that Chouji part was awesome. I think the main reason for the good response about Chouji was that you let our imaginations finish what you said rather than explaining it. That's why it was so awesome. Nice post 9-tails.
I've started a Manaka x Kozue FC if anyone wants to join. Manaka x Nishino is my favorite pairing but I thought that Kozue would have also been a good pairing so I couldn't help but start one for her. So if anyone thinks this is also a good pairing, then sign up. :thumbs
