I don't either, Oda was going for a surprise.

He didn't reunite with them at all, perhaps later on in the series if it shows you a flash of the palace he might be there. All Oda wanted to do was show that Pell never died, not that he reunited with Vivi and the others.
(Personal Opinion: He should've died. . .But meh.)

We don't see him when he reunite with the Alabasta people but we see him later together with them in the Gedatsu ministory in chapter 344.

@Hayate- I agree Pell should have died for the dramatic effect. but remember, OP is a kids manga(whether you want to believe it or not) and Oda probably though that would be too dramatic for the kiddies. Up to now in the series, the only characters that have died are Crocodile and Arlong and I think Daz Bones aka Mr. 1 did too. But even those weren't confirmed, we can only assume they died.
@Jeltz- I know, thats why i made this thread cuz I saw that and I was all, "did I miss something?"

Take a look at the chapter cover for 344. It's part of Gadus' mini story, and shows the Alubasta guys relaxing in the new hot springs.
I'm pretty sure thats Pell there on the left.
I'm annoyed he's alive too anyway. He was cool, but his dramatic sacrifice is better with him being dead. Plus... how the fuck did he survive that nuke?! It was supposed to be strong enough to wipe out the entire city, right?

@Master_Hiko: Crocodile and Arlong both didn't die. They were sent to prison. Mr.1 however, they never told of his fate, but then again, everyone Zoro fights USUALLY ends up dead (Hatchi didn't), so he probably kicked the bucket.

really? when did it say that they didn't die? i don't remember. It's still unfortunate that Pell never reunited with Vivi formally, it would have been touching. I wouldn't be suprised if that slipped Oda's mind and so he just decided to put them together with the rest of em in Gedatsu's mini story.

Well I don't think anything about Arlong's fate was stated. So he may or may not be dead.

They use the words Defeat alot instead of Kill
However Zoro did kill the 100 Bounty Hunters in Whiskey Peak, he also killed Mr 7 when they attempted to recuit him into BW (This was stated in the Manga)

Oh, I think you mean Mr. 6
Mr.7 worked alongside that skank Miss Fathersday, and they tried to blow everybody up.

You are correct. Oda shows some mini stories through the cover pages and in the story of one of sky priests, it is shown. Since it is oda's work it(reuniting) is official.

Yeah, it's truly unfortunate since it was such a dramatic death.

If you are talking about the anime episodes then this is wrong section to post the above question.
But here is the information:
Anime episodes for little garden: 70 - 77
Manga Chapters for little garden: 115 - 129
Hope this helps.
