While surfing on the net I came across this trailer, aparently it's real (the source is IGN for those wondering). Now don't get too heated, most of it is from the FF VII OAV : Last Order, but not everything. There is NO gameplay info though... But still, it's nice :)

Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- is the fourth installment of Tetsuya Nomura's Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, a polymorphic mass dedicated to the most popular RPG in gaming history. The action-RPG is being developed for the Playstation Portable (PSP) console and will be released by early 2006.

Some rumors imply that Crisis Core would take place after Before Crisis (logic :P) and before/while FF VII. As the trailer shows, it seems to tell the story between Zack/Cloud/Sephiroth during the five years gap after the Nibelheim incident during experiments where done on Zack and Cloud by Hojo.

Meh... I've seen the trailer just now. It doesn't shows anything at all about the game, just some Last Order OVA's scenes.

Yes your correct, but the opening scene with the clouds was not in FF7 Last order which means that half of it is the trailer to CC, and the other half of it was LO
