This is sort of like a battle between Kakashi and Sasuke, Hitsugaya just doesn't have enough experience (compared to Urahara).

Okay I raise you. Fight at the bottom of the ocean. Both characters can breathe and move freely, Urahara is blindfolded with both hands tied behind his back and no Soul Cutter, IPG is in Bankai Mode. Urahara can't use the advantage that he's a White guy in a Kubo Tite manga, but IPG can.

Does this even slow down Urahara walking all up and down IPG's soon-to-be corpse?
