My grandparents own cattle. Like 200 head or something. Not a lot, but there had never been a shortage of steak in my family. In fact, my father cooked one tonight and asked if I wanted one, but being tired of steak all the time, I declined.

My fave steak would be round steak, cooked well-done, and with a sprinkling of both cheese and lemon pepper on top. Serve with some horse radish, which goes well with anything.
