Tony Danza is on the "Tony Danza Show" thats currently on TV (I think NBC... not sure) and he was also on the old TV series "Whos The Boss" which is on Nick at Nite... (btw the intro is so crappy to that show lol)

Though, if I were to choose, I would think the person who does Envy's voice in the Fullmetal Alchemist dub, it has about almost the same effect of Orochimaru's voice, and with a little tweaks, you can get the same effect.
