So, does anyone know the name of the theme song that was that played for the English dub of Naruto? I think I'm one of the few that actually like it and was hoping to download it somewhere if I knew the title.

I actually liked the new theme song. I mean, I've never heard the other song, but this one was good.

I liked the guitar riffs. It reminded me of the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers theme song.

My guess is it also that it was random music, however who knows maybe they might include that music on an american release of the first OST.

ur not alone seto. i actually like the opening and ending. sure i lovee "wind" but i didnt expect it to be on there neways. the rock music they put in was short and good, just like most cartoons/anime that are put on american tv.

I haven't seen the dub yet, since I live in Canada. Just clips of of Narutofan.com. So, downloaded the opening, watched it, and WTH did they do?! They destroyed the opening!! ;__; The japanese original song (R.o.c.k.s) was so much better!! Why?!?! Ah well, I guess it could've been worse...much worse. *thinks about the possibilities and shudders* still...now Naruto seems incomplete and destroyed...

I think he says "Rise!" not "Rocks!". Anyway it sucks and was probably put together in 5 minutes.

I think it helps the song that bits and pieces of it remind me of songs from Naruto.

I keep thinking of Haruka Kanata during one part, and other parts do sound like some of the action music throughout the series.

For me personally Winds and to a lesser extent Rocks made up 10% of what was appealing about episodes 1-20.

I think it's something like "Rise.....fight...to your soul!" at least that's how I hear it. After the dub seemed to improve a little, I think that's the thing I dislike most right now. I don't mind them leaving it as the intro, because I'm not too crazy about ROCKS, but at least a short 15 seconds of Wind would make me give Naruto an B+ or an A.

Like HA. SURIYA!! YOI-YOI-SOSA_TATO! Those are some of the sounds in the anime, and in the song itself, IT's like a mixture of RISE!!! SUYA-SA! HEE! HO! .Of course, that's just me rambling, and I think the "fight...to your soul" and "do your stuff" is probably right...if that didn't make any sense please tell me. and the song title is probably called rise.

My favorite opening song is the Naruto third opening song, Kanashimi wo Yasashi sa ni. I miss the old opening songs.....I'm also kind of mad that they didn't put the opening and ending songs in the CTN version of Naruto. They put the ending song in Inuyasha right? But I can't change anything.

Dang, just answer the poor guy's question, it's in the NarutoFan music downloads, scroll allll the way down to the intros/Outros section. I didn't really like the intro at first, but it grew on me fast, and I sorta like it, I think they said stuff like KILL, CHOP, Punch, or something like that.

The opening isn't bad itself (as the tune is sorta catchy, IMO), but rocks is much better (considering it has lyrics and is sung by an actual band.).

Yea, given its abrasiveness it coud have better been MSI, or by metallica Hero of the day -no whouldn't that be different? Metal boy chill out it comes on Sat night at 10 just record it then. Its not that great....acctualy it's one of the most hated aspects of the dub for me....

Ah, but Inuyasha is on Adult Swim, so things are different. The Naruto dub is on CN, not Adult Swim. AS can get away with more things since the audience is older, but Toonami on CN can not.
