NO matter, my suggestion would be, get a custom interface, get a custom layout, get a banner, get some advertisments for this, make some new interesting section (well there already really good as is) and maybe some HTML to shape the place up. .Hack is a great series and would especially make a really pimp RP, so you should prolly make a set-out section just for that... HELL i'd even want to join that! :P

Anyways just some of my advice, looks like its got seniority over other phpbbs.

a main .hack RP section would be great! =DDD i would get a layout from the Skin Zone for phpbb, they usually have some cool custom ones... well a lot betta then the default one XDDDDD
