1) Dynamic Dragon - Clean composition, good work.
2) Rokku - Nice monochromic theme, with a vectorized feel to it.
3) Ame - nice work very solid, It may pop a bit more with a complimentary color or more contreast.
4) Raynarose - great job coloing, and nice theme to it.
5) Jadeedge - great job with the coloring and nice layout.. only thing that keeps it from the best work IMO is no relationship to the theme for this week.

I have stalked Skotw for months and it has brought me great joy. Being a moron however, I only recently picked up on the fact that you actually want outsiders to vote.

1.Abfluvver - I was going to put this in fourth, but I just cut and pasted it into the first. This was the original commentary: "kinda looks like she's drowning, being pulled down by the tail or something. This combined with her sad look and the bleak colors, gives this a very quiet, yet (to me anyway) disturbing vibe. Would have put it in first if I was sure this was the artist's intention." Then I realized how retarded that last sentence was and gave it its due rank.
2. Dynamic Dragon - Perfect balance between girlyness and fishyness. Beautifully drawn. I also liked that she's transparent. It adds a little otherworldly athmosphere, which makes it kinda sad. I like sad.
3.Ame - like the style, love the face. Not much else to say.
4.Jadeegde - Don't like surfer girls to be honest, but huge bonus points for not interpreting the topic literally. Technically, nearly flawless as always.
5.Raynarose - I hate Kisame, but I can see why your typical mermaid would dig him. I totally buy this scene.

Holy crap. Just writing this post made me appreciate these entries a lot more! Henceforth, I shall vote every week.
