A Yarn Fanfic
The ball of yarn rolled down the stairs to get away from its evil nemesis, the kitty. Managing to keep all rolled up, it dashed under the couch. The kitty, or Lily as the owners of the kitty called him, batted at the ball of yarn to catch it and chew on it. Its attempts were feeble, for the yarn was safely far enough away to escape the kitty's claws.

Next time: the ball of yarn stumps the kitty again.

Chapter 2:

The ball of yarn was happy, because her owner Julie was going to make it into a sweater. This was the first time the yarn was going to be used since bought long ago. However, the happiness was short lived when the ball of yarn found out it would be used to make a sweater for the kitty. Scared, the ball rolled into its heading place under the couch, making Julie forget the whole thing and go buy a sweater. The kitty knew why the ball fled, and tried to get at it for days. However Lily did not succeed in getting the yarn, and forgot about it once she was wearing her sweater. She was mad about the sweater and tried to scratch Julie. The ball of yarn considered this another success.
