The series is called Daddy Long Legs, and you can download it from C1anime's website - http://www.c1anime.net/
It's part of the "World Masterpiece Theatre" collection, which includes such animes as Perrine en Famile, Trapp Monogatari (think "The Sound of Music" over 40 episodes) and others.
It's the first episode that I translated that's been released (and I've been helping fansub for over a year now), so I'm pretty excited. :) Everyone worked hard on it (it was QCed 3 times) and we hope to release further episodes more quickly. Also, please pop by the forums and comment about the show.
