Maybe the whole "that" jutsu is just a conspiracy sort of thing and they're really referring to the Oiroke no Jutsu/Sexy no Jutsu.

Thinking naughty things in their heads, you know. XDDDD And then to cover up their pervyness, they do a whole different jutsu because they're not open perverts like Jiraiya and Naruto. XDDDDDD

Recent manga suggests that maybe we will see THAT manga (or at least one of them) pretty soon! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.:P
