Before selecting a GFX mod you should first ask about there back ground, and previous moderation experiance(s). Its risky to put large chunks of your forum under the care of total strangers, but liek KNK stated, you should get members before you select mods, that way if you really like a member you dont end up regretting how you 'should' have put him in the position and waited a little longer.
