Hey my old site layout was outdated, and I am not very good with html so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making me a new html homepage. I will give you details of what the site would need. IF anyone makes this, they will be given credit on the staff page. I just need the basic home page layout made, I know enough html to customize it once it is done. My site Reincarnation - Soul Society (http://68.85.37.89/index.html)
- Top section that contains the header picture (i will make pic, just make a space for me to put it)
- A site menu with spaces for

(I already have all the pages listed above, I just need them to be listed on the site menu or navigation.)
- There needs to be a box in the middle where when u click on one of the things in the site menu, they open in that box or table.
- 2 tables for latest release episodes and most popular episodes
Basically, I want it to look something like the sketch below
