Well past where K-F is at, there's HK subs which are... ... very bad. Though Gerusama subbed 220+ and are quite good. So I guess if you read the manga then you can watch Gerusama without being spoiled.

I just got into the series recently and have seen all of the kaizoku subs up to date. I am trying to download all of the eps inbetween K-F and gerusama with shitty Hell-HK subs. It is going to take about a week to download.

Anyway, i dont understand how kaizoku fansubs is so far behind the current episodes if they keep putting up new episodes weekly.

It's so good.. believe me.. never have i got hooked this much to an anime.. the story is much more deeper and different that other story.. and for me, compared to naruto or bleach, one piece is always far better than both of them..

unlike many animes like naruto or bleach etc, one piece really depict all the main characters.. the likes of luffy, zoro, nami, ussop, sanji, chopper, robin and possibly franky.. are really taken into our image because of the expansion, flashbacks and events that are happening in the manga.. so basically, its not just one character we are looking into.. but all of the strawhat crew...

and the story is not just that simple.. although it seems that the main idea is to get one piece.. there are plots and twists that makes this anime even more enjoyable.. (this could be spoiler for ppl who haven't read or watch OP) like the lost 100 years of history, the marines, a person who seek to change the world (revolution), the world government, other pirates, will of the D, the lost kingdom... this events are all the things that lead to one piece... and we still has no clue of what one piece is...

although many ppl are disappointed with the design of the character and the opening of the story, try to stick with it a little longer.. believe me.. ppl who did this was so grateful about it and thankful that such an anime exist.. im not just boasting around and showing off.. bcuz there has been many ppl who thanked me for showing them such a good anime..

and myself, i've really gotten into the anime coz.. there are no other anime who can move me as much as one piece.. its so funny and sometimes it makes you wanna cry cuz its so touching..

sorry about the long post.. its just that i wanna convince ppl who haven't tried this bcoz of the quality of the drawing and the opening.. :cry

K~F: 10/10 best quality subs out there.

Hell subs: 7/10 not great but you only have to watch them for 207-209.

BalF: 8/10 decent subs you only have to watch like 10 episodes subbed by them.

Gerusama: 10/10 as good as K~F in my opinion.

ADC: 9/10 speed subbers but the quality is real good.

I'd say it's like this:

K~F: 10/10 - The slowest of the bunch, but they use DVD raws. it has by far the best quality, sound and everything else.

They are a bit behind but it's for the same reason. they actually buy the original japanese DVDs to do them.

Hell subs: 6/10 Not bad, but not good either. I'd wait for the KF if i were you.

BalF: 5/10 the translation is a bit on the bad side. it's like a bad speedsub. even if it's not a speedsub. tough it's the only place to get movie 6... at least for now.

Gerusama: 7/10 Translation needs a bit of work, and god knows when the next release will be. As long as it's before the second coming of Crist... well it's free anyway so no complains there.

ADC: 8/10 For speedsubbers is great. it's quality is compared with Gerusama but they actually release things. Consider it the Dattebayo for One Piece.

There was another... Hell-HK or something like that. No it's not hell subs I don't recall the name, but it's rate is 0/10. The quality sucks, the names are wrong, it's all blocky, there's no opening, no ending, the sound is horrible and the translations are inconsistent.

My advice? get everything KF has released so far. The other ones don't even touch them. At the end, KF releases at least once per week, It won't take long to reach 219. Go with Gerusama from 219 to where they left and then go with ADC.

In fact I would strongly advice you to replace Gerusama and ADC with KF once they reached that point.

Oh, and one more thing. The .mp4 files don't play well on old computers. So, if you're computer is fairly old, that may be why they're not working.

That site has eps 1-76 up for download, in RMVB. I'm up to ep 40 atm. The video quality is really, really good for RMVB, and its like a quarter of the size of the AVIs. Also, ep 4 is a bit buggered, the bitrate it all messed up, but other than that, every ep is brilliant.

For any guys that are looking to watch one piece, but can't do so through torrents for whatever reason, or can't find direct downloads, try youtube.

I just watched ALL episodes (yeah, all 275 of them minus a couple filler episodes) on Youtube. Some cool guys were gracious to put them all back up over the past month.

Yeah, those episodes in particular were just added. I remember I had a lot of trouble finding complete episodes of 118-122 for a couple days. I had to search through guys profiles to get them because they weren't showing up in the search at that time (probably cause they were just uploaded).

The K-F torrents are the fastest you will find, since it's them that sub the episodes. The only other English subs are poor HK bootlegs but those are all but extinct now anyways.

You should use Windows Media player 10. I had the same problem like you too XD so maybe stick to 10 or download VLC player. It plays anything you want.

This has Direct Downloads for every One Piece episode in HQ .avi format up to 206. It skips episodes 207-219, 228, 252-265, 268, 273, and 274. The download speeds are the best since basically I got speeds I never really knew I had. My average was around 280 kbs but I was getting 340 each time. The lowest I got was like 320. This is probably the best site for One Piece episodes out there until it gets shut down or something. Oh Yeah and all the other animes that are on there are like this. Probably beacuse when you're typing in the url, you type anime-eden.com instead of www.anime-eden.com. For that site you have to include www in the url.

Try downloading from boxtorrents. They have episodes 220-275. Then checkout ADC-elites for the latest episodes after 275. I'm on episode 291. After that I don't know where else to dowload the latest episode...
