Shes between like 17 an 26. She doesn't even look remotely middle aged.

In One Piece age 20-40 is equivalent to early 20s in real life from what I can see. Still young.
Franky is 34 does he look or act 34? No. Shanks looks to be around late 30s that means Buggy is too. Smoker, and Boa, they all seem physically fit and in their primes. So Age in OPverse isnt that big of a deal.
40-60 year olds looks to be the middle ground, like our 30s-40s in real life. Probably Shanky, Hachi, Dragon, Moria, etc.
I dont know how old Garp, WB, Raleigh, and Sengoku are but there probably exceptions for their age group. Probably 70s or 80s
Where was it stated that she became empress 11 years b4 current time becuase that is the info I was looking for.

My apologies, but I just felt the need to point this out: OP wikia is, for the most part, a terrible source of information, since anyone with a computer and an internet connection can edit it. Making a thread in any relatively well-known OP related forum is usually the best way to clear any doubts. Sorry for being a bit off-topic.:(

It's not that Hancock is old at all. It's simply that the idea of a mature woman like her hitting on Luffy, who is clearly in many ways "just a child". That being said, I'd say it's not much different than Sanji hitting on Robin except that Sanji at least seems alot more mature than Luffy is in some ways.
