This might sound crazy although she serves as a similar plot device, it might be another reliable twist for the author. They're certainly sizeable enough to be Namek balls, but then where are the rest? And who said dragonballs only go one to seven?

actually if you think about it since there are 3 sets of dragon balls there are more sets to look for. Halibel has 2 as well.
