I'm TBH and now I run this place. I'm keeping the rules that Martryn set up which are:

I don't want people to spam this thread up with posts like... I'm Checking In or "this is what I did today"...or "hey..what's up". Keep posts in here somewhat longer, or at least say or convey something in here. If you want to RP or something, like Skmt sometimes does, then that's cool in here too.

What you do in this FC is join a division. Why? Just because its fun. Its also a way to meet new people. Each division is like a government all their own. Join a division that your friends are in, or join one that you like. If you think spying and stuff is cool, join the 2nd. If you like torturing people, join the 12th, if you like healing people, join the 4th, ect. Or join a division whose members you like.

Try to stay active, become good friends with your fellow division members, and you'll get there in no time. This FC is all about fellowship and general Bleach enjoyment. Have fun with it!

The Fifth Division - the Reversal Counter Force or Correctional Force.

The other division's name or functions is unknown. There is little information about the operations of the special forces.

Welcome to the Great 9th Division. We only have a few simple rules in the 9th division.
1. Remain active in the divisions thread. Activity, loyalty, and all around attitude here will determine your position in the divisions.

2. No. fighting among fellow 9th division members. If you'd like to spar, or train with a fellow member, thats fine. However, there is to never be a fight, for any reason. If you have a problem that cant be worked out, bring it to me, and something will be figured out.

3. Respect other members, especially the other captains, and vice captains, they deserve it.

4. Most importantly, as it says at the top of the post....BLAME IT ON BASS! Everything wrong with the world is some how linked back to Bass....trust me, its his fault.

Thats is, the simple rules of the 9th, any questions just ask, and try to have fun!

So what does it mean to be a member of the 10th Division?

In the 10th Division you'll have the honor of serving under my command, being in a division that has not yet replaced it's captain since the advent of the Divisions FC.

Members of the 10th Division can rely on the support of other members and a bond of brotherhood on the forums. If nothing else, we look after our own. If for any reason you require assistance or advice feel free to contact via PM either myself or the VC, Shinigami-Isshin.

Membership in the 10th is also highly competitive. Advancement and demotion can be daily occurrences, and members are encouraged to check in on this post for updates. New members can be recruited as high as 3rd seat, and even the positions of VC and Captain are not set in stone. At any time members can challenge higher seats to vie for their spots, though challenges directed against me can be intercepted by my VC (cause if you can't take him, honey, you haven't a prayer against me). Please maintain sportsmen like conduct throughout. We're not savages, and the system exists for a reason.

Respect the rank structure within the division and follow example of those seated higher than you. Address the Captain and Vice-Captain as such as they've earned it and both work hard to ensure the future of the division.

Current policy dictates that members of the 10th do not pick fights with other divisions. That's petty, and beneath us. If any member of the 10th asks for aid, whether in this thread, in another thread, or via PM, you're expected to respond with as much aid as can be reasonably given at the time. Any denial of aid, help, or back-up without good cause will result in your expulsion from the 10th division.

This does not condone picking fights or starting flamewars outside this thread. And I better not find out about group neg repping, or bloody rep circles, or any of that crap.

Policy with other divisions is as follows:

We are on friendly terms with members of the 4th and 5th divisions. Treat members of those divisions with respect.
We are slightly amused at the predicament of the 9th division. Snickering or chuckling at member's of that division is allowed.
We treat member's of the 11th division and 2nd division with respect, as several members of those divisions used to be in the 10th.

And finally, and arguably one of the most important, is the:
Ability each individual posses, which depends on a vase number of factors such as personality, quality of posts, rep and forum post count etc, etc.
Members please bear in mind that even if you are higher ranked than another member things can change.
As Captain I must do what is best for the Division whether that means moving you up or down a rank and even replacing you with another member. Which is why consistency is crucial in order to remain in your rank and hard work vital in order to move up in rank.
