You do know that at least half of the people are joking, right? Most of them are posting contrary things because they gain amusement from watching people like yourself getting upset. And really, does it matter if people call Deidara evil? I don't think Deidara himself would care about how he was classified. He lived for his art, if that is evil, so be it, he would be okay with the idea because it is what he believes is right. I think not acknowledging Deidara for what he is could be a sign of disrespect. Warping his character in such a way and not taking him for what he is. The sacrifices of people is a bad thing to the world, but to him, it is something pure, a thing of beauty. That he could go against all that the world holds dear in order to pursue something people could call evil is something I greatly admire.

It looks like everything happened while I was away on a trip and unable to access the internet.

Actually I got a PM just now that was sent to me on the 29th telling me of a site selling the Deidara pins.....but by the time I got it now....after being away on my trip.....they are all sold out already. :(

I crafted a clay thing on my trip since where I stay at a lake, there is clay there. It is natural, I dug it up and crafted it.

Maybe I'll post a pic of it later, although I spent less than 5 minutes making it.

Their reasoning is devoid of any logic whatsoever. I don’t see how supporting deidara corresponds to having a sad social life. Besides, I am way over that age range (I am 21:cry) haha.

It is only human to be upset about the death of one’s favourite character. Furthermore, his death is rather recent, hence some form of grieving (be it in the library, in this fc etc.) should still be rather commonplace. I just wish that they can be more understanding and by acknowledging this fact.

And yeah I don't have a huge social life, more like because I choose not to. I don't like big parties or large groups of people really.

I don't want to be a virgin forever but my own decisions are basically the only reason why I still am one.

Well you can have your own opinion but I won't judge other people. If people want to feel that way about him then fine, it's their choice.

I know he's fictional but I am upset about his death. And he didn't actually want to die. Sasuke just pushed him to the edge.

I don't live in a world where I think he's real, I'm not like that, but I do care about him and love him which I don't normally with fictional characters. It's more like because I feel he would understand me more than a lot of people I've met in the real world. Which is why it's a shame he isn't real.

And although guys aren't trying to insult me when they ask me "Why aren't you getting it removed more?" I want to find someone who doesn't assume that I want it removed and what not. Someone who likes the uniquness of it.

I felt Deidara would be more likely to like it than most people. And I actually like my birthmark myself because I DO like being different. I see it as being born with art on my face but you know, most people don't look at it that way, naturally. Only people with a special view of the world would see it that way, I think. I don't think it makes me look ugly, just different. And I think that's what most people think too but I think they are a bit scared of it. And I still don't like it when I get people staring at me like I'm some kind of freak, not to mention being attacked by other kids when I was little because of it.

I sometimes wonder if that ever happened to Deidara because of his extra mouths. But then again the Naruto world is full of misfits. Almost everyone in the series has something physically weird about them. It's not so common in the real world.

I like Deidara's scars also because I also lost the total use of one of my arms before(I know Deidara had both messed up, for me it was just one but I have a few scars because of it which are on par with Deidara's scars). I've mentioned it before on here though so I won't go into it again or it just seems weird of me.

I just want it to seem reasonable why I like him so much/feel the way about him that I do.

I know someone like him would be perfect for me in real life. I mean, at least someone who would understand. And I think I may have found someone but he lives in another country. I've known him since he was 15 though and I was 17. Anyway, he's certainly a good friend of mine anyway, and we always seem to never get tired of talking to each other even after all these years. We always seem to find something to talk about which I can't do on a daily basis with most people. But he's an artist and so was I years back(still am, just don't actually make it as much anymore) but we met like that online at an art place and he likes my unique qualities. He thinks a lot of other girls are just boring. But who knows if we'll for sure ever be able to meet, and until then I can't be convinced if he is the right guy or not. I do trust him though, I've known him for so many years now.

I like being different too,and I do think Deidara would like you and your uniqueness.I find uniqueness attracting and a induival with their own mind would like that too.People think I look cool but my mouth is not really ugly but is a bit unattracting.I hate when kids picked on me because of my over bite,and I have a short temper sometimes when someone makes me mad but I actually punched a kid because they kept teasing me.

Well....I think my life is pretty good actually. I get most of my suffering from the general cliche's like feeling too fat, feeling like I'm not wearing the right clothes etc. etc. I'm in an all girls school which doesn't help with my love life and I only know one guy at our assigned "brother school". I do have some guy friends....but they're just friends.

I too, am not a big fan of giant parties lol. I'd rather spend my friday nights with a few close friends, pigging out on junk food. I love music (play bass guitar, flute and bassoon...music video junkie too) and it can be hard for me to find someone to talk about it with. I do have one friend I can talk to though, but she goes to a different school. Most of the girls at my school are into sports or are entirely focused on academics.

One of my biggest problems is that I'm kind of quiet. I've been getting better over the years because of tons of oral projects in school and experiences over summer, but I'm constantly freaked out I'll say something wrong or I won't say something when I should...lol I just get paranoid sometimes. This also sucks majorly because I want to kinda.sorta try out for the fall musical-but I have to sing in front of people for tryouts :twitch Hopefully I'll get a get a part in the pit orchestra so I get to participate some way :P

Yeah, a long time ago I use to cover up my birthmark with make up. Then in pics I still sometimes would cover it with my hair. Actually I looked kind of like Dei when I would do that in pics. LOL. And it's funny since some of the pics are from before Deidara existed. I have natural blonde hair like him and stuff and dark eye liner, I've been told on here I should cosplay him sometime but I'm not sure I will. I think I might just do up my hair like him though next time I go to the anime convention if my hair is long enough.

Ah, I hated those. I can actually be really crazy once I know people well enough/feel comfortable but I'm really a pretty shy timid person.

I remember being filmed while showing the class how to make paper snowflakes and then I had to watch the tape of myself. -_-; That's how you learn and see how bad you are as a public speaker. >_<

I'm sad he's gone because he was one of Kishimoto's best-written characters - he had a huge amount of personality and depth (especially compared to a lot of other characters). If Dei was involved, it was always exciting to read! So yea, obviously we're going to be upset that he's gone.

I am 13 turning 14 in 3 months, and I don't care that Deidara died. He died the way he wanted, It's sad not see him in the manga anymore but I don't really mind. I'm still a fan of him. Just be happy that there is fandom because that somehow makes you think that he is alive.

Yeah, people could do that, but I know it was someone from this club and I know who it is since an admin told me who did it. I ask admins who did it whenever I get some really stupid neg where someone is obviously just attacking me personally. Because I like to know who gives out those kinds of negs. They are very childish negs. Whenever it's a reasonable/logical neg, I don't ask to know who did it.

Like I said though, I won't post who it was that did it because it would cause problems here in the FC I am sure. And I'm not a revenge negger.

And there's so many Dei ones, I had to give up collecting his, now that there's official Dei stuff anyway, that's okay. Yeah they don't ship to Canada. I saw a few other places on there that they ship but it looks mostly like U.S. bases in other countries.

I dunno, when you don't live in the U.S. you learn that there is a lot of stuff you sometimes can't buy. And buying things is always more expensive for me too.

Like on some other site I bought some figures, the shipping to Canada was $10 more than the U.S.

The exchange rate isn't even that different anymore.

The odd time when I've really wanted something and it couldn't be shipped here I've had to get a friend to order it for me. It would be shipped to their house and then they would from there ship it to me and I'd pay for all of it(the item itself and both shipping charges). Sometimes it's still cheaper that way than me ordering it by other means.

One thing I don't like about Canada is everything is more expensive to buy here whenever I order anything online and what not. Probably because the main target market of most of the online sites is the U.S.

And no offence but I get tired of the spam sometimes. This FC has a history of being one of the most spammed FCs here. Although it's not as bad as it was before. I remember having to wade through pages and pages of just one liner posts to find much of anything every time I came on here(this was mainly a few months ago though). But it would sure waste a lot of time. I really hope it doesn't become that way again because it is showing signs of possibly doing so. I know some people who don't post here because of it. Too many people posting posts that were just "......:o" and "weeeee" and much of the like. It's okay if it happens a bit but it happened a lot. I always felt like saying something I just never did.

Well I'd like the FC better if it had less posts but just the more meaningful ones. And it's okay to just chat sometimes, even if it's not about Dei....it's just that too many people make less than one line posts that sometimes really have no meaning and are just totally random. There are a lot of pointless posts that take up a lot of space in here, especially in the past at some points(like a few months back). Right now it's okay I guess. There hasn't been as much of it as of late.

Anyway, I think Deidara's birds symbolize sort of his carefree attitude or wanting to be free, to express himself. Not to mention, flying in the air, you get a totally different view of the world. You see everything in a totally different way. That's artistic.

And of course, like others already mentioned, he is a bomber. It's best that he can fly.

Anyway, earlier I was reading some of the earlier posts in this FC, near the beginning. XD

And I lol'd because so many people were saying "Deidara has got to be a girl." and one guy said "If Deidara turns out to be male, I swear I'll eat a broom." or something like that. I lol'd. XD

But yeah, the absolute freedom that flying offers is probably the key to the question.

Some of his creations are basically Taro Okamoto's (sp?) work. I'd love to visit that museum in Japan someday. I think they sell repros of the work, and it looks just like some of Dei's.:amuse

Hmm...you don't think he's that angsty?

He is very confident on the outside but I think he might be more angsty than most people think. Yes, the Uchiha's are one thing but Deidara is obviously really emotional and passionate about his art. That does make him a bit angsty. Plus it does seem like he's trying to get people to understand him and his art all the time. He always seems to want attention, like how he'd always try and piss Sasori off and what not. He likes to see how people react to him, he hates to be ignored. So I think although he's confident, somewhere inside he feels he needs attention from others so maybe he's a little insecure somewhere. He seems a bit lonely beneath the surface but it's hard to see.

And yes, Deidara is very awesome.
