It's pretty widely agreed that Itachi can defeat Orochimaru and Tsunade, together, fairly soundly with limited Mangyekou usage. At least that was the consensus on the last thread. Pein is more likely to take things seriously with so many powerful opponents which means all Six of his bodies will be working together and he'll be more inclined to use his powerful Ninjutsu. Between Susanoo and Chibaku Tensei the two most powerful members of Akatsuki could probably take this alone just with those abilities. If you throw in either Sasori or Deidara than things just become a stomp as both of those Akatsuki members are ideal for multiple opponents and either poison or explosions would easily tip the scales. If it's all of Akatsuki ... then it's a stomp.

so sasuke,itachi,pain, and deidara on the same team? not to mention sasori and kakuzu..

anyways, none could kill hidan, kakuzu needs to die five times, killing sasori needs knowledge or maybe sharingan(kakashi). itachi/sasuke has sharingan prediction plus genjutsu advantage(meaning they will try to fight him with no eye contact), pain is well pain, kisame is pretty tough himself, deidara can't be reached by anyone , maybe orochiamru or kakashi.

anyways scenario, the sannins will probably go for the powerhouses(itachi,pain, and sasori)... i dunno if there is any prep, but if not mentioned its not there; so sasori could take out tsunade with one scratch should be enough. itachi > oro and pain > jiraiya has already been proven. kakashi and yamato may go for the members with teamwork(hidan and kakuzu) till now only kamui can take them out, and with the zombie twins' elemental blast/immortality combo kakashi and yamato will have there hands full and attacking while defending from such devastating/widespread attacks is kinda dangerous, not accounting hidan ritual ofcourse, if kakashi manages to whip out kamui its another story, but kakuzu and hidan already proved to be > kakashi, its yamato who might play a key role this time. on to deidara, with IC he would go after naruto, but i see naruto winning with SM and a throwable FRS..sasuke should take out sai easily, with no need for explanations ofcourse. this leaves sakura and kisame, kisame's shown strength compared to gai, so sakura main feat here is useless , because even if she's great at chakra control kisame can just suck it dry.

now with the remaining shinobi from each team:-

Akatsuki: Pain,Itachi,Sasori,Sasuke, and Kisame
Team Konoha: Kakashi,Yamato,Naruto

i didn't mention konan,zetsu, and tobi plus made kakashi/yamato defeat hidan/kakuzu to make this situation as hard as possible for akatsuki, why? to show there dominance in this battle.

with knowing kakashi and yamato had a hard time dealing with hidan/kakuzu, and the others didn't, this would make it an easy win, either itachi or pain solo here. the only problem would be naruto; which can be dealt with by pain or sasori.. nothing can stop akatsuki from winning, and actually nothing did in the first place.. even if not mentioning sasuke, tobi would be enough to actually solo since he still can't be hit.
