Does Madara use an old style of speech?

Sleepyfans makes it seem like he speaks like Shino (Yes...*repeats question*..by me, Uchiha Madara). Is that reflecting a certain style of speech?

Eh,I've noticed a few times that he's somewhat 'chatty' and extremely arrogant in his speech.
He kind of speaks like Shino,except with a jackass twist to it.
Moreso,it reflects the translator.
If I translate Madara he always comes out sounding like a rapist or something. v_v

Bringing up his name,he said 'kono Uchiha Madara'.
Now,kono is like a literal 'this'.
So,this Uchiha Madara,is an extremely boastful self-reference.
Despite,it comes across as third person,I believe the point is moreso to show great pride in hisself.
