Those the have defined lashes has them because without it they will look fugly. ;33 That's why not many have lashes 'cause they are already pretty. Example, If you add lashes to Iruka, konoha would turn gay for him. I'm not biasing I swear. :awesome

I like Hidan's eyes the best in the anime, I don't think his lashes are as defined as the above characters, but they do have a dark lining around them which I assume is lashes. His eyes are so penetrating, like they are looking right into your soul, so I'd say his lashes are my favorite because his eyes in general are.:nod
