You forgot to add, that in the 4/5 chapters Rin was in, she was more useful then Sakura. She was the reason Kakashi got the Sharingan. Sakura has the whole manga, and still failed to do anything significant apart from crying. Infact, even dead Sakura is a burden to everyone. :-(

We haven't seen much of Rin, but after seeing her for just more or less 40 minutes I liked her more than I liked Sakura after 40 minutes of episode. So I'd say Rin wins this for me.
I like the way she'd not take sides when Obito and Kakashi used to argue, and try and calm them both down for the sake of the team, *even though she had a crush on Kakashi*. Whenever Naruto and Sasuke argued, Sakura would immediately gang up with Sasuke and treat Naruto like shit, frankly, so that's another reason why I like Rin's attitude more. They occupied similar positions in the team, I just like what Rin contributed to it far more.

Rin was a better Medic, she was thoughtful and actually was useful to her team. She saved their lives multiple times and has carried operations in tight situations which shows she's pretty calm.

Rin from what we have seen, seems to be a nice person, who cares for her team and does her job and does it very well. She might have done one of the first sharingan transplants evar! I voted for sakura tho, I still like her character even though she showed more promise in part 1. i like what she has become except for her sasuke obsesion and tendancy to confuse naruto with her maybe I love you and then maybe i don't business.

I want to know how Rin dies tho.

Rin, from what we've seen is a far nicer person who cares for her teammates; does her job when needed as a support medic and aside from the incident with Obito - wasn't known to get in the way. She was also pretty to me, the way they animated her in the latest gaiden <3 Boring yeah but I enjoyed her while she lasted, while with Sakura - eh no :zaru

When I see Sakura surgically remove and reattach an eyeball in the middle of rocky debris, maybe then I'll give her a kudos. Rin did it when she was like, what?, 13? Sounds like another one up on her part. Add personality, like everyone else has, and you have three strikes against Sakura.

Okay, she's got chakra control, w/e. She's only used it once and with the much needed help of an 143 year old woman. The fact that she's crying every other page just gets under my skin.

Sakura and Rin were basically exactly alike. No difference, we would have seen even more of Rin being like Sakura if she wasn't only in for a few panels in 3-4 chapters, and then gone.
