Uruhara wins because Isshin is loosing power for some reason. and there is no definate status at how strong Ururhara is but for him being The Ex 12th Captian has to account for something Plus he trained Ichigo to go up against the likes of Kenpachi I'd say Uruhara has this in the bag but had Isshin not been doing the above and was in his prime he'd win.

Actually one... Urahara trained Ichigo to the extent to face a Vice-Captain (Renji) It was Zangetsu/The Dude without a name that trained Ichigo to fight again Zaraki Kenpachi.
Another thing Isshin is not losing power at all. It has declined when he was a shinigami but he is not like constantly losing power. And from what we've seen just like Urahara pointed out he hasn't gotten rusty after 20 long years of layoff.

In the end we don't know. So I picked the last possible answer in the poll. After all while we know for a fact Urahara was a captain. There's still that odd thing that Isshin himself has a captain robe wrapped on his arm.

I picked Isshin for no reason other than I like him.
But isn't even the title of this a spoiler? To match these two guys up is telling anime watchers more is in store for Isshin.

I'd say it would be a draw since they're both captain level, even though we don't really know any of their zanpakutou's abilities (we only know Urahara's bloodmist shield)

Yeah garouga, we don't know Urahara's techniques, but this applies also to Isshin, the guy who busted GF with only one hit after some 20 yrs of inactivity! That surely would be a great battle...I can't wait to see how bleach unfolds...

Urahara. He trained Ichigo and when Ikkaku first heard that Urahara was Ichigo's sensei, he was completely furious plus if it wasn't for him, Ichigo wouldn't have defeated Byakuya.

You can't really make this a fair fight seeing as we have barely seen ANYTHING from both Urahara and Isshin. For all we know, Isshin could be ex-shinigami captain.
All you've seen from Urahara is the blood shield, and from Isshin, a one slash kill on a 'non-complete' vizard (or whatever they're called).
