Jubie Yagyu is the badass one. Also theres a real person who is Jubie Yagyo, he one of the top badass in samurai history next to Musashi and Kojiro. Gensai(Kenshin) can't close against him anyways

also Ninja Ressurection has no relation to Ninja Scroll.

Erm. this is a though one. Both guys uses similar style of attacks Jubei Kibagami's wind slice is somewhat the same concept of battoujutsu. However, Kenshin did face a guy with similar style attack in the erly part of the Tokyo arc (check the Yutaro story) however, that guy was slow and all based on power while Jubei is more fast and one hit killer.

However all things said and done AKRnHM is the fastest attack = Kenshin wins.

Also Jubei Yagyu from Ninja Ressurection would get his ass owned by Jubei Kibagami.
