Here you and your squad members and other squads will talk to each other or arrange battles to get your squad to the top.

Battles:
Once 2 squads are engaged, they cannot be challenged by any other squads until the battle is finished. Battles will be fought through three rounds, your squad leaders will decide what the rounds will be about (sig, large piece, vector...). The Battles will be held here. Once challenged, do not arrange in here but through pms.

1. Challenge in here or through pms
2. If they accept dicuss the rules and what will happen through pm
3. Choose your squad members to battle
4. GO PIKACHU!!!! >_> what?...


Voting:


Any member from a squad(must be in a squad) can vote in a battle unless you are part of the squads that are in a battle.

Rankings:

You can gain rankings through battles. A win will get you 2 points, a tie 1 point and a loss 0.

it would look like this (number of points) [win/loss/ties]

Example:
Squad C: 20.[1/18/300]

Each squad can have there own name and tag to distinguish each other.

if teams excist out of various skilled members therse no need to, like, every1 will have their own match ups, so a lesser skilled member should/could never take on a captain, they are matched against the lesser skilled from that time while their captains are fighting their captains, this way you can earn points on your own level of skillz

well i don't think so, mainly because every GFX'er can have a spot, so the fact applies: the more people = more activeness, while before teamleaders had to choose their members individuely and they we're always the better ones, i certainly hope this new approach of teams as we do now will remain . . .

The previous teams was a success, it was hella active but for different reason people left. It wasn't the teams fault nor was it anyone as i already stated. The reason NM is doing fine is because most of them are 'friends' and their team threads are more like a convo thread, its not easy to keep a team alive. The 'team die, create new team' works just fine IMO. Sooner or later all teams are bound to die, and you just have to admit that the team died because it was the best and start up with a fresh new team.

i did rush the font part =/
the text opacity is 80% atm. i was trying to put it on the sword, but it didn't really fit all too well. if you see the angle, it's the same angle as the sword :P
