The lord of the heavens of greek mythology against his two brothers: the god of the sea and the god of the underworld.
One thing....Greek Gods aren't omnipotent so the whole "Zeus think them out of the existence doesn't work here".....All of them were needed to defeat their father Cronos.

2 brothers vs 1. I think Poseiden and Hades would win. Theyd just over power him and also being able to control the forced of the underworld is just too cool.

Poseidon is just too cool to lose. When Odysseus and his men started disrespecting him, Posideon just bitch-slapped those fools. Oh yeah, he supposedly has hot daughters.
If the guy from Anchorman can kill someone with a trident, just imagine what a Greek god can do.

Even though Zeus is the main god of Greek Mythology, that doesn't mean he can't be overcomed by possibly the two other strongest of the Greek Gods.
I think that Hades and Poseidon could win with their combined efforts.

Hmmm....
The 2 brothers should be able to overcome their stronger brother.
So i'll give it to them. :thumbs

I'm going with Zeus, because usually the highest level of something like divinity is exponentially more powerful than those below it. I think Zeus could probably take on most of the residents of Mt. Olympia if it went down. He took out Chronos, and he also establishes the laws, and has an instant kill (bolt from the blue). As my man jkingler knows, it's good to be king.

Hades is useless against Zeus, his powers are only good aginast half Gods or Mortals, Zeus kills him instatly.. (LMFAO Zeus banished him to run hell in the first place)
Poisedan is my 2nd fav greek god behind dnioseis... but zeus kills him after a long hard fight
DINOSEIS(GOD of WINE) PWNS EVERYONE

Nah, Pan, because he could beat Dionysius in a drinking contest.
Although Dionysus would dominate Appollo. *UBER-NERD REFERENCE!*

I believe Zeus would win , but only because of his thunderbolt. Once, in greek mythology the gods(Poseidon included) conspired against Zeus. They were succesful, but you know why? They tied him up in his sleep and stole his thunderbolt!
So, Zeus with thunderbolt> all other greek gods

Zeus would win but the only because he cancels out Hades which leaves only Poiseidon to dealwith but if you go by the above poster then the other gods would win if they manage to snatch away his thunderbolt..

They're more or less equal so the answer is pretty simple...

*Congrats on 1000 posts*
And I agree. Controlling demons and dead people is sick ass.

hmm.... Zeus with thunderbolt was 1 trillion damage in one hit to Posedion (he lived in water, electic strikes water= double damage) and but Posedion and Hades would win..
it's not fair.
Zeus >>> Posedion
Zeus <<< Hades
Zeus >>> Posedion >>> Hades >>> Zeus (:laugh)

If we're going by their Greek mythological standings, then this is an easy match...for Zeus.
In Greek mythology, Zeus's power was considered greater than all the other deities' combined. Only one person/force was considered to be above him, and that was Fate (the Fates who spun, wove, and cut the threads of life were also above his influence).
Zeus even issues a challenge to the others:
"I am mightiest of all. Make trial that you may know. Fasten a rope of gold to Heaven and lay hold, every god and goddess. You could not drag down Zeus. But if I wished to drag you down, then I would. The rope I would bind to a pinnacle of Olympus and all would hang in the air, yes, the very earth and the sea too."
Add in the fact that Zeus's thunderbolt was considered to be the greatest of powers in Greek mythology, and Zeus takes this without breaking a sweat.

This is Zeus we're talking about!
Father of Apollo, mount Olympus don't mess me or I’ll shove a lightning bolt up your ass, Zeus!
