Kenpachi vs Everyone Else

Kenpachi vs everyone, one-on-one except... Kenpachi isn't going to fight back. Just like he did against Ichigo and Tousen/Komamura, he's just going to stand there and take their attacks.

Who among the other characters can even damage him?

EDIT - if the enemy uses Bankai then Kenpachi gets to take the eyepatch off, heheheh

Well, Kuchiki would give Zaraki some damage all of his shards from his ban-kai. All of the shards from the attack and than Zaraki could bleed to death.

It's been shown that all you need is sharpened spirit force to cut through his innate spiritual density barrier. Any captain would do that automatically.

Well, actually, if everyone includes Orihime, Yuzu, etc. Then Kenpachi lives a bit longer.

I personally think Kenpachi is horribly overrated. I'm of the belief that Tousen could have won his battle against Kenpachi with ease. But he didn't, because he's too much of a pacifist. Tousen didn't go right for the kill. I'm willing to bet that if Tousen wanted to kill Kenpachi, and not just subdue him, he would have immediately severed Kenpachi's head upon unleashing his ban kai instead of futiley scratching his side, Kenpachi would have been killed, and couldn't have done anything about it.

I think anyone captain level could hurt him if he didn't fight back. I think Yamamoto, Aizen, and Byakuga are the only ones who could defeat him in real combat.

Well, Soi Fong and Yamamoto are the best guesses. Soi Fong needs to touch him twice and Yamamoto can just... well, cremate him.
I think that the other captains (and captain level shinigamis) can kill him eventually too.
In a real battle, I'd say maybe Soi Fong (her speed and shikai), Yamamoto, Aizen, Byakuya, and probably Shunsui and Ukitake.

And yet Komamura and Tousen combined their attacks with their Shikais and when the dust cleared Kenpachi was laughing. They didn't do any actual damage to him.

When did they release their swords? I don't recall that happened, and once Komamura called his Ban kai the fight ended.

I doubt Kubo Tite will ever have Zaraki fight someone who can fight from long range, he would be screwed.

I doubt Kubo Tite will ever have Zaraki fight someone who can fight from long range, he would be screwed.They did a simultaneous attack with their Shikais and expected it to finish. Tousen used the second form of his Shikai which shoots spikes and Komamura used his Shikai which seems to be kinda like Zangetsu, but when the dust cleared Kenpachi was just standing there. Several of the spikes had pierced him, but he wasnt affected at all.

Definitely: Isshin, Urahara, Ishida Ryuken (sp?), Byakuya, Yamamoto, Ichigo (of course), any of the other Vaizards exept the barrier guy, Yumachika (if he uses his real shikai, which he wouldn't.) Aizen, Ukitake, Shunsui and maybe some others I can't think of.

They did a simultaneous attack with their Shikais and expected it to finish.Komamura wasn't using shikai at that moment. And Kenpachi didn't tanked their hits. He blocked them with sword. Also, later Komamura blocked Kenpachi's sword attack with only hand.

I think his wins vs the other captains would be much more difficult than people seem to think. I only really see him beating a few captains, the rest would either force it to a draw or simply out class him.
