Itachi is definately cooler than Sasuke.
Sesshomaru is definately too cool for school..
Ace is also there but Luffy is really cool too, so relatively speaking I can't vote for him as he's not MILES better than Luffy.
Gohan is meh..I like Goten better.

I might go for Itachi because Sasuke can be annoying but Sesh is too badass..i'll go for him.

The two coolest of the older brothers are Ace and Sesshomaru but Ace's brother is quite cool himself even if he isn't that smart so Ace isn't that much cooler than Luffy. Sesshomaru gets my vote.

As Ydraliskos said they are twins. However I believe that it was stated somewhere that Caramon was born first. I don't remember the exact book, so I can't verify this, but if you believe in my memory I think Raistlin could be called the "younger" brother.

So since he is not the "older" brother he is disqualified from this competition. If not, he would own these guys so hard in a battle of coolness, that it's not even funny.
