anybody know how to make any pc controller programmable?..(for fighters)

I have Total Game Control v3.6 and it can currently only map raging demons to any button combo! I need software that does this for street fighter like moves like dwn.dwnfwd,fwd+punch mapped to easy!

I know how to play but my psp is my best contr. for pc and it gives me cramps after hours of gameplay! Need easier controls so i can hold psp loosely have freecheat which when used in conjunction with fusa works well but i have to shut down game on pc and software disconnect usb to reconfigure map! too troublesome!!!

Then buy a decent controller or stop playing.

I'm willing to pay $50 dollars for this if someone has it! the d-pad in the middle can do up to 4 ten hit combos per bank and total of 4 mem banks change from blue switch on top right!
