lol i think you have it the other way around. ipod mini looks gay and it's too expensive for the amount it holds. you could get 3 / 4 times larger size for 50 dollars more. smart decision on purchasing ipod minis lol!

-_-

I can't believe ANYONE would actually buy and iPod Mini when you can get a 20 GB iPod (FIVE TIMES the memory) for a scant $50 more, just 20% above the $250 Mini.

Yeah, but don't you love it how the player only plays ATRAC3 files?
Is there anyone here who has ever heard of the ATRAC3 audio format? Anyone?
Must be fun converting all your music files.

I have a flat panasonic mp3. Its pretty cool cuz when you're playing the mp3 disc, it has memory so the disc stops spinning while playing the music.

Ipods are cool, but I think Creative zen are cooler just because they can hold other types of files. I don't know if ipod could do that or not...

I don't own an mp3 player, good ol' CD's for me hahaha...

Talking about I-pods, over here they're gonna hold the first official I-pod party which means everyone who owns an I-pod is welcome and instead of asking the DJ to play some song you can simply give him your I-pod so everyone can listen to your collection.

I'm currently using a dell jukebox player (15 GB). It's pretty reliable and I don't have many songs, just under a 100 or so. So, it's a great fit.

my friend uses the iRiver n-10 and i want the new sony 1 gig flash thats like 180. IT'S AN IPOD BEATER!!!!!!! its like half the size of an ipod mini, virtually indestructible, and has a 70hr battery life. all i have right now is the D-NE10 cd player from sony (wasted so much money on it. argh....)

Jukebox Zen Xtra Digital Audio Player with 40.0GB (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=6399523&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat10200050002&id=1077626018189)

Creative 40 GB MP3 player is $250 and has better sound quality than the ipod. I don't see why anyone would buy an apple, they just don't compare to creative.

I personally have a Creative Zen Micro. 5GB and $200. Again, better sound quality than any MP3 player on the market at the moment, very small, a removable, rechargable $30 battery that has around the same battery life as an ipod. Plus it has the tons of funky colors and glowing blue interface.

So, Creative >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Apple when it comes to MP3 players.

I'd buy a creative, but I already have nearly 40 GB of music. The only other 60 Gig mp3 player is provided by apple, and there's no way on earth I can afford that thing :sad
