This world consists of two dimensions joined as one, like a mirror. The first is the world in which the humans live, Assiah. The other is the world of demons, Gehenna. Ordinarily, travel between the two, and indeed any kind of contact between the two, is impossible.
However the demons can pass over into this world by possessing anything that exist within it.
Satan is the god of demons, but there's one thing that he doesn't have, and that's a substance in the human world that is powerful enough to contain him!!
For that purpose he created Rin, his son from a human woman, but will his son agree to his plans, or will he become something else...? An exorcist?

The first chapter was really good. Unfortunately there's only one chapter out.

I'm curious to see how this chapter progresses. My favorite character was killed off in the first release; so, I'm looking for something that will grab my attention like he did now that the story is officially underway. At the very least, the art could be a decent enough draw.

Kinda wish it was a weekly or biweekly release. Would love to eventually see it as an anime. I really like the twist at the end of chapter 4, looking forward to more.

this manga has too few chapters to be a monthly manga...awwwwwwww damn it why can't this manga have two volumes released before being scanslated, fuck now i'm going to be itching for this manga all month long.

oops , I forgot I made this thread. Chapters 3 and 4 are on onemanga (http://www.onemanga.com/Ao_no_Exorcist/) if anyone hasen't read them yet. and yea Im liking this manga. The twist during the end of chapter 4 was great.

It's nice seeing Shemei coming into her own and hopefully for good stop being a gopher.

I also like seeing that every student has their own back story, which makes Kimiki mistreating Shemei all the more sad since she should have understood the pain of exclusion.

And finally it's great to see more information on the classifications of exorcists.
