End of Eternity-[JRPG-Tri-Ace][360/Ps3]

As teased last week, developer tri-Ace's new role-playing-game is End of Eternity, a collaboration between tri-Ace and SEGA.

Set in futuristic towering megapolis Bazel, EoE's main characters are 17-year-old Private Military Firm (PMF) mercenary Zefa, 26-year-old ex-solider Vashron and 19-year-old young woman Test Subject No. 20. She's escaped from a research facility where she was housed. All this set against the background of Bazel, which acts as an environment purifier to cleanse the pollution surrounding the Earth.

The game's a multi-platform title (Xbox 360 and PS3) and is slated for this winter. It's currently 65 percent complete.

tri-Ace used to make the best games. Now they make mediocre games, from what I hear (I haven't played anything from them since Valkyrie Profile 2 which was fuck-ass awesome). I wonder if they have finally succumbed to "the times" as I like to call it. "The times", the past couple of years or so, is shitty.

According to pic 18, the game will be "semi real time"...so i suppose we're getting another kind of valkyria type game...meh...wanted it turn based but it looks too cool to deny. Lets hope sega continues their epicness from valkyria chronicles and includes japanese voices for the USA release :P.

Star ocean 2 was the only 9/10 game Tri-Ace made

Seriously, valkyrie profile 2 was a mediocre to average. Not to mention, recent Tri-Ace titles have been nothing but meh.

Meh doesn't bother me. I could play alot of games with similar stories/characters/setting. I'm just saying you don't see to many unique ones. But yeah a guy above the age of 20 is always a nice thing.
