I'm starting a manga/anime/series sort of thing and need help, Im looking for drawers and writers. Here is the Plot let me know what ya'll think and if you can lend a hand??????

800 years before the start of the series, a war between heavn and hell took place on earth. In the drawing out of the war the people on earth started to side with hells. In a desperation move Esuri the King of the heavens made one last attack that would trap himself and Satan in a battle for all eternity. It was his 3-steps to revalation. The first step was to rest the world and erase the earth as the people knew it. The second step was to give the people of earth the powers of the elements so if anything like this was to ever happen again they would be prepared and could defend them self. The third step and maybe most important was the No-Pass- Gate Seal this would keep the Heaven,Hell and Earth sections of the the world from colliding with each other.
After time has passed the world learned to use there new powers more better, and started to form alliences. They learned of new powers and war weapons, Now the world is starting to bicker and fight again and the heavns and hells are ready to break the seal and take sides and this is where the story begins.
