Because it seems that I have only one chance to fight him in Kingdom Hearts 2.

Sephiroth can be found in The Dark Dephts, after defeating Sark and the MCP in Space Paranoids.. and I believe the answer is no. You cannot beat him more than once.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does that happen when after going to the Space Paranoids the second time?
And, if you finish playing the game do you retained all of your abilities when you play it again?

If you start the game over you start from square one.

Then how am I surpose to get the final form or the ultima keyblade before fighting him?:notrust

Easy don't fight him until you have those things. Anyway you can't even use Final form in that fight.

But even if I do everything right I still don't end up seeing him. Do I have to get there quickly or is there some kind of timelimit to reach to the Dark Dephts?:(
