Well i stumbled unto this article where the original creator for starfox said he isn't really interested in creating a star fox for wii.

Bt what is most interesting is what he said about miyamoto. "He doesn't listen to the core gamers and does whatever he wants"

So my question is what exactly is the problem with that? For more than a decade hasn't Miyamoto just done what he wanted to do and people accept it. ?

Did people ask for mario bros game?, did they ask for a 3d zelda title on n64. The fact is The man has done what makes him feel comfortable and it's the reason why that man continues to be a gaming legend.

SO what you do think about this people? Should game designers like miyamoto move from creating what THEY desire just to please the core audience?

Giving into fan demands is usually a bad idea, respect to Miyamoto for not being a bitch.

Well...why would he? It's probably one of Nintendo's weakest franchises now, despite being one of the few people who helped make the original game contributing to new games.

The last great Star Fox game came out in 1997, almost 12 years ago.

Miyamoto doing what he wants is what made him who he is, him giving in to the fans would be the end of him, glad he never will though.

And I don't think the man should talking after Star Fox 64 the franchise hasn't been very good imo.

A lot of people want him to give in to fan demand, so they can receive games they really want, like Kid Icarus, and less Wii Fits and Wii Musics.

In that sense, I can understand. But at the same time, I don't think he should be hampered by fan demands with everything he does.

Apparently Star Fox cannot handle the awesome that is Starfox. They haven't made a tried and true Star Fox game since Star Fox 64. McCloud should be entombed in his Arwing and never be allowed to set foot outside.

Miyamoto should make games in the way he likes, but he really should listen and take fans opinions into his accounts now. I mean he doesn't need to follow fans 100%. But some fan service would be good for some of these Nintendo franchises. I mean Nintendo has fun games, but a big reason why they are considered kiddie, and almost none of there games have an epic scale, is because they could care less about what the fans want. If they listened more we could have some true master pieces.

I can't really blame them... The last games weren't that great compared to the SNES and N64 versions

To be honest i think Star Fox cant take it to the next level with the Wii's graphics engine.
Who wouldn't wanna see epic space battles in HD with breath taking graphics.

and i agree on what Superrazien said

I read the entire interview, I suggest you all do the same, and it sickens me the hand Miyamoto plays in properties that he didnt create.

The "Miyamoto does what he likes" should be interpreted as him medling in IP's not of his own, i.e. Star Fox w/e.

And someone needs to punch that sucker in the face for wasting time with Wii Music when he could have been doing something good,

+Rep for actually mentioning the fact Miyamoto has fucked with the Star Fox franchise, which he's done twice.

The More You Know (Outside of Tachi <3): Miyamoto cancelled a nearly complete Star Fox game for the SNES, and turned the N64 game Dinosaur Planet, a Zelda clone, into Star Fox Adventures.

Thanks to him, Krystal will never ever die ;________;
