Besides Goku's seiyuu, who else has been confirmed to be returning?

I watched that little 30 min DBZ special from a few months ago and was depressed when I heard a different voice say "Kakarot".

Hmm after Wikipedia info searching, i found the original vegeta voice was used in the special from november :| He sounded way different :/

and
Hikaru Midorikawa for Tenshinhan
as their respective actors died.

So yeah, it's all the same. However, don't forget that we're talking about 20 years since they first appeared, so voices are obviously going to be different.

So the replacement voice actor for Tenshinhan is going to be Hikaru Midorikawa?

He done the voices for #16 and Paikuhan in the anime.

Great choice really, considering he sounds almost exactly like the original voice actor. Let's hope he can pull off the whole "this is my final KIKOUHOUUUUUUUUUUUU"

How'd and when did they die? Those guys are really important in the early parts of Z.

Roshi's original voice, Kouhei Miyauchi died some time after Episode 260 was recorded. Hiroshi Masuoka took over for the remainder of Z, GT, and various video games. Masaharu Satou previously voiced him in the 13th movie, so this won't be his first time playing the role.

Tenshinhan's voice, Hirotaka Suzuoki, died in 2006 from lung cancer. You might also recognize him as Saito from Rurouni Kenshin or Bright Noa from Mobile Suit Gundam.

Aside from that, I'm glad it's the same cast. If Piccolo and Freeze changed, I'd be a bit annoyed. Furukawa and Nakao, FECK YEAH!. ;)

He played him in Burst Limit, and he was terrible as Tenshinhan. I hated all of the barking noises he made while he fought. >.>
