Who does he beat and who beats him?

1. Setsuna gets raped by experience, superior reflexes and newtype flash. Not to mention the Nu Gundam's psychoframe increases its reaction speed to beyond Setsuna's shown feats.

2. Kamille just starts there and creates a shield of newtype energy to delfect any blasts while Setsuna goes WTF. He then paralyses the 00 and rams the waverider into its cockpit. Setsuna goes the way of the Sciroco.

3. Judau has enough raw newtype power to make Haman shit herself. The same Haman who had an equal power to Sciroco. While not as experienced as Amuro in piloting and not as skilled at using his power as Kamille, he beats them both in raw power. He should win.


The above matches were not winnable. All these suits above are stronger weaponswise. Funnels will obviously be an issue for Setsuna. The Zeta and Double Zeta both use beam cannons made from the technology used in the earlier models. That being the Gundam GP-03 Dendrobium Orchis.

For refrence, I've seen number that put it's beam cannon at anything between 4 and 10 times the output of Wing Zero's Double Buster Rifle. You know, the one that can bust colonies in one shot?


The fourth one is the most interesting.

Heero versus his Expy? This is a match I'd love to see. Heero has shown nerves of steel in combat as wel as a suicidal battle fevour if needed. Heero has also been brainwashed and trained from birth while Setsuna wasn't.
In experience, it's clear Heero wins.

Suitwise, 00 Raiser and Wing Zero arn't that far apart in mobility. Whatever speedboosts Setsuna adds will be countered by Zero system's high speed predictions. For refrence, Heero using the Zero system is one of the only things capable of catching Cybuster, the Wind Masoukishin in SRW Alpha Gaiden. Cybuster shits on all the 00 suits as far as speed is concerned.

And in the weapons department... Last I checked, Setsuna never busted a colony so...

Even if he manages to disable the rifle, Wing Zero is no slouch in melee. It was able to beat the Epyon in melee combat. And that MS was designed for melee.


Some of you may argue the Setsuna's innovator powers will help against newtype/zero system. But considering the above pilots have feats that put them far beyond what Setsuna has shown, these points are fairly moot. From paralysing enemies to stopping Axis (with Psychoframe overload) to catching Cybuster,... Innovators, like Coordinators before them, get shat on by newtypes.

Setsuna was trained by Ali as kid and he uses that to pilot his gundam right? Remember Setsuna vs Ali the first time, where he was using the moves Ali showed him in the flashback?Setsuna is also capable of sacrificing himself if need be as he was trained like his friends to do that.

true, but Setsuna not only has Innovator reflexes but the ability to hear what people are thinking. Remember him hearing Marina's song or what 00-Raiser did when it first debuted? Not sure how this part of the match-up would go. Either Heero or Setsuna can take this.

Yes, but all Heero's actions are based on Zero's predictions. Even if Setsuna hears what Heero thinks, Zero is still able to calculate the future. Hearing someone's thoughts and reacting don't measure up to following the movements by someone who sees exactly what he should to do to win on his screen.

So could Epyon. Still, yet again, cutting the outer wall of a colony doesn't measure up to shooting it down with a rifle.

These are just my arguments incase someone does say so. 00 Raiser is a good MS, no doubt about that.

00 has yet to be confirmed for SRW. They usually wait a couple of years after the show has ended before they put them in.
