Are you SURE you don't want to wait until April 5th for a new AOTM. Having a switch over in this period every 3 months seems like a bit of a flaw, in my opinion. Better off putting it in the second week of every month.

You make a good point! And so, I made sure to bring it up for discussion with the rest of staff to see if we might want to make the change in the future. However (considering the incredible speed and efficiency with which we make decisions), even if we do decide to make a policy change, we likely won't make the choice in time for this month. Now, I know this may come off as a little counter-intuitive considering the fact that the alteration is meant to prevent situations like what we have this April and won't have for some time after, but, alas, them's the breaks with bureaucracy.
