Restrictions: Gaara can't use his third eye.
Location: A large sand pit
Distance: 55 feet
State of Mind: Bloodlust
Yamato and Gaara wins easily because they are lnog range fighters and will keep their distance and kill them with a sand coffin, sand tsunami, mokuton, etc. Neji and Kabuto would have to get in close but even when close Gaara's sand shield can protect him and use his sand to protect Yamato, assuming Yamato didn't already use a mokuton bunshin or a mokuton to protect himself.

Arguably two of the most proficient characters in long-range combat vs. a mediocre close-range fighter with ONE genjutsu and a master of taijutsu with absolutely nothing long-range. :lmao
Team Gaara/Yamato for the absolute win.

Gaara solos, really.
As soon as Gaara gets into the sky, Neji and Kabuto won't be able to damage the Kazekage at all, as they haven't the ranged jutsus that they need to be a problem.
Yamato is just there to make this overkill.
Yamato and Gaara win with ease.

Gaara with his sand is already powerful, give him a location that allows him to create more sand expand his control, that's just cements his victory in this fight. Gaara's long range attacks would force Kabuto and Neji to defensive manuevers. Neji's Kaiten is an effective counter, but it will take a toll on his stamina when the fights gets longer (considering Gaara's stamina, it likely will). Yamato's mokuton will provide a great defensive measure agaisnt Kabuto's scalpels. Yamato could do what he did against Sasuke when the chakra scalpels strike him. Gaara's being long range and Yamato being capable of attacking long range inclines me to them winning against Neji and Kabuto, who are close range fighters.

Yamato and Gaara win.
Both Neji and Kabuto are close range fighters. Neither of them have shown any ranged jutsu, and Gaara alone would decimate them when they get too close, of course, unless they develop insane, Lee-like speed.
IN any other case, easy win for Gaara and Yamato.

Jinchuriki Gaara could really solo, pretty easily. Any Taijutsu fighter has no means of beating Jinchuriki Gaara, because of his Zettai Bougyo, unless the enemy has super human speed(Like Rock Lee) or has Super Human Power to break through the shield(such as Kimimaru) and even in that case he still has Suna no Yoroi for additional defense. Neither Neji or Kabuto possess either of these two essential things, so they theoretically have no means of beating Jinchuriki Gaara, based off of what they have revealed throughout the manga. Even with Kabuto's Doton Jutsu he cant really pose that much of a threat.

Based on manga feats, Kazekage Gaara would solo with medium difficulty at most. Adding in Yamato is just nice overkill.
I'm one of the guys that believe Kabuto, the darkest darkhorse of the Narutoverse, is up to something absolutely crazy and is hiding strength... but until we know anything definitely, Suna + Mokuton AoE dominate closerange Jyuuken & Iryou in this matchup.

gara in the sand can possibly solo this 1. he's a master at long-range combat and even though neji is great at taijutsu i don't see how he would live long enough 2 get close 2 gara. this is overkill, some ristrictions would have 2b put on gara 2 make this a fair fight or even just a fight.
PS. is this post-skip gara with or without shikaku and is this post-skip neji and kabuto?

Gaara flys away and sinks them while Yamato uses wood to lift them up. Wow Gaara just soloed them. We got a master of long range fighting and defence and a defence guy with powerful long range teqniques against a medicore close range fighter with no long range teqniques and a Taijutsu master while in a SAND PIT.
Gaara sinks them into the sand pit and they die.
Putting this on sand made it so unbalanced it's not even funny.
The only way Kabuto has a chance to Garaa is by dotoning under ground but this wouldn't really work either since Yamato is also a doton user. Gara Yamato own.

The main problem with . . . well, any character doton'ing against Gaara is the fact he can, especially given this location, simply manipulate the earth around them and use a simple Sabaku kyuu.
No more discussion to be had, then? I think, based on the replies, it is a overwhelming victory in favor of Gaara and Yamato.
