Episode Synopsis
As a result of the Gundam Meisters' constant intervention in A-law's affairs, the Federation military is incorporated into A-LAWS’ to form a great fleet which is gathered to exterminate Celestial Being once and for all. Meanwhile, Setsuna and the others discuss their options for putting an end to the war. In the following battle, A-Laws (without the help of the innovators) enter the battlefield under the command of Arthur Goodman. However, they are met with heavy resistance from CB in the form of their new weapons upgrades for their respective Gundams.

Episode Review:The short but sweet battle between Setsuna and Mr. Bushido ends in this episode with Setsuna coming out the victor. Mr. Bushido lives up to his name as a true samurai and is unsure whether to kill himself since Setsuna will not. Also in this episode Louise continues to lose her sanity after getting her revenge on Nena for killing her family and is falling under the innovator's control. Katharon enters space and assist Celestial Being in the ensuing battle with the Federation and A-laws. I O.O 'ed at the clones of Devine I assume that this means we,ll be looking at more Gadeesa units. I felt it was unnecessary with the cheesy intro music for when the meister's go out to battle which was done episodes ago. Regene kills Ribbons in the last part of the episode onl for him to appear in the episode preview. How he survives I am very curious to know. With all the power players now on stage the only one missing is Ali-Al Sarshes. Where is he? :headscrat

what ever those weapons are they better be powerful because the performance of the meisters who don't have a Twin drive has been shit, to say the least...seems like every time they engage A-laws or the innovators they get caught in some stupid trap or some gay energy net or some other bullshit.
time for them to kick it up a notch...oh, and stop whining about love. The freaking future of humanity is at stake and all Saji Fuckroad and Fail-on stratos seem to care about is how fucked up their love lives are.

I live in Central time zone, which is an hour behind Eastern Time.
I've been waking up at 2AM Sunday since S2 came on, and it hasn't changed. Naturally it would be at 3AM, since Eastern is an hour ahead of Central.

only chase after an increasingly psycho Louise, who i must give props to for killing Nena...after Nena kill Wang. (now if only she'd kill herself the circle would be closed, finally)
oh, and be a useless tag along with no real piloting skills...
he basically exists at this point to create tension between Soma/Marie/psycho and Useleslujah...he's either gonna be killed by her or she's gonna forgive him.
Personally i hope Soma attacks him, allelujah gets in the way, dies, Andrei kills her and then Setsuna kills him...that way all 3 of these fuckers can be dead and the future can be saved from their massive fail.

I'm thinking the latter,though the take over theory sounds good but I could've sworn I saw a glimpse of either Ribbons or that double of his, I couldn't really tell but since Regene is probably going to play a big role I'm betting on him taking over the body of that other green haired Innovater.(Taking over someone like Louise or perhaps even Setsuna also seem possible but that would suck)

setsuna should be completley immune to takeover as he is a true innovator,perhaps the ribbons we see in the preview is a clone?
very plausible that ribbons has bigger plans for Louise other than being a pilot to go against gundams

They go through all that to get to Veda, Ribbon's pulls a "gotcha!", and override control of the Gundams and the Ptolomy. That effectively sets up Setsuna and Ribbons for the "Battle of the Minds". (Which was forshadowed this Episode with the "we shall see whose the genuine one".) Setsuna wins, the world changes, then everybody all hold hands! :zaru

Feldt and the original Lockon were tossed together as well. Had like one scene of them together where he put his arm around her, and otherwise there was no connection between them other than Haro. That's like having a relationship with someone because you both like the same dog.

The 00-Raiser was broken the moment it showed up in this series. It pretty much rapes anything that crosses its path making the battles involving it often one-sided and somewhat bland at times.

Kati who turn herself against A-Laws (although i already predicted so), Ribbons got shot by Regene, Feldt affection to Setsuna, Mr. Bushido who lose to Setsuna, but i don't think Mr. Bushido die, i think he'll live and meet Setsuna and the others at the last battle, maybe.
I love this episode.

When did the Earth Federation realize A-Laws was evil? I thought A-Laws had their propaganda thing down good. And since when was Feldt attracted to Setsuna? If anything she should be going after Lockon as his rebound.
00 is too fucking powerful right now. I was hoping for Mr. Bushido to be the one to kick Setsuna down a notch, but no such luck.
I bet Setsuna x Feldt is another one of those forced pairings but it doesn't even phase one of the true pairings of the series, Setsuna x Gundam. :zaru

I wouldn't be surprised. Currently, Feldt is the only 00 girl showing up in popularity polls, executives would logically force Mizushima and Kuroda to pair the protagonist with the most popular girl for marketing purposes. Ofcourse, Feldt is only popular because she's the only normal girl in the entire fucking cast. Oh, and she's pretty nice to look at.

I love how whenever any pairing is announced now that 4chan spread the rumor of forced pairing EVERY PAIRING IS FORCED! You know, just because people don't like them OR they think they came out of no where. Feldt's crush on Setsuna has been developing ever since he's started becoming an Innovator. Practically every time he said something remotely cool or enlightening since his change started happening she'd give him a look of mild interest or seem impressed by his words. x.x And it's not like Feldt's never gotten a crush on someone because of stuff they said to other people. *Cough* Lockon! *Cough* The point is it's just a crush. x.x The feelings on Setsuna's part obviously weren't returned.

I haven't even seen one on an English website since season1, and Sunrise/Bandai have no real reason to go forcing ratings as those have been published as surrent as episode 18 of season 2 if I recall correctly and to that point 00's ratings were better then Destiny's and close to the original Gundam SEED's...

And I'm talking recent Newtype character polls. The most recent poll I saw only had one Gundam 00 girl in it, and it was Feldt. I have to say, though, no 00 girl ever shows up in the Animedia or Animage character polls. Possibly because Animedia and Animage are aimed at females while Newtype is aimed at males, different genders have different tastes a lot of time, due the whole "gender psychology" and all that.
Also, it's not because Japan loves normal girls, it's because every other girl in this particular show (Gundam 00) is all kinds of fucked up or annoying and thus Feldt is a nice relaxing change. She stands out more that way.

when A LAWS attacked the colony or w/e it was in space that had those thousands of people....it was at that point that most federation members and Kati's A law forces decided A LAWS are evil

It's not a plothole, it ties up the loose end of what happened to the coup faction. Kati switching sides is no surprise either, she's never been a fan of A-Laws's especially brutal tactics.
