Season 2...the final season of Gundam 00? O_o

I know most of the recent Gundam series have gone for 2 seasons...so I am kind of curious about this one.

Just an episode or two ago...I didnt think they would even come CLOSE to wrapping everything up with only about 6-8 episodes left...but after episodes 20/21..and the massive amounts of people dying...its becoming pretty aparent that this is the final season :( Anew turning evil..and dying in the same episode (thought they would have dragged that out a lot longer..), Nena killing off the bro/sis...and her herself being killed was kind of unexepected..and the final fight between Setsuna and Graham seems like itll be finished next episode for sure (appears as if he will join CB or at least defect from the Innovators next ep).

I know this is probly just stating the obvious...but if there are only 4-5 episodes remaining in the series..do you think they can successfully tie up all the loose ends?...or will it just feel thrown together...

Considering episode 21/45 wrapped up the more useless plot threads, yes. This is the final season of 00. And, in fact, the only season of 00 because it's still the same title.
Which makes sense, because 00 was originally crafted to be a 50 episode series that was later sliced in half because of Code Geass getting a literal second season and Bandai didn't want to risk losing money on one cash cow when they could string it out and make more that way.

00 was always going to be 50 episodes, so we're not getting another season.
Nor a movie - which may be possible, but is unlikely.
