As awesome a character the original Lockon is, he's dead. I don't think people here would want to be dead.

On the other hand, Setsuna is the main character so he has a major character shield and has gotten better as a character. I think he'll live in the end.

And even though Patrick is nothing more than a moron and a comedy relief character, he will pretty much live through every battle even if his mech gets fucked up.

Edit: I'll give Patrick a vote since many have voted for Setsuna.

It depends.

The pilot I like the most and would like to put myself into his place is Graham. He's all skill and completely badass.

However, if it's based on what pilot I would be based on my actual personality, it would probably be Lockon 1 or 2. I'm going to go with Lyle/Lockon 2, since I'm laid back and such like both Lockons, but I lack any obsession with correcting the past and prefer to focus on the future.......also I'm not dead. :zaru

Definitely Bushido. He's really pure; exactly the type of character I like. There's no bullshit about his motives. He just wants to get in there and beat someone up real bad. There are no ulterior motives, he doesn't want to be a coordinator, he's not into politics, and he's not a military-man. He just wants to kick Setsuna's ass. Period.
