Luffy still has his principles and seems to be able to focus his anger for a good cause. So the only way it's going to be troublesome being around an angry Luffy is if you are the focus of his rage (ie. Arlong, Enel etc). Nami on the other hand..

Naw, the only one of the monster trio that you need to be worried about when they are angry with you really is Luffy.

See, Zoro doesn't really get angry. Sanji, well in the way he fights it isn't really diferent from when he's angry.

Luffy though, it's not that he's stronger when he's angry. It's more like he doesn't goof around and hold back anymore. If he's angry with you he will not hold back in the least. He will fight to the best of his capabilities to make sure you pay for whatever it is you did.

For me that would be Luffy. He sounds and looks the most intimidating and scary when he's angry. Not to mention his punishment would take the longest and be very likely the most painful.

However, as long as you haven't hurt his Nakama or friends, damaged Shank's strawhat on purpose (A big NO!), ruined other people's dreams or made innocent people suffer, then you have a chance to get out of it by apologizing and offering Luffy food. (He could even see you as a new friend then.)


If you have done one of the above mentioned things, then you're in serious trouble. If you aren't strong enough, begging for mercy would be your only option left, and hoping that it will deflate Luffy's anger somewhat.




The other strawhat would be Sanji. I wouldn't want to be around him when he gets mad/angry. (For example Baratie restaurant)

I don't see Oda building up to anything of the sort. We've seen Zoro angry a couple times. He doesn't lose it the way Luffy does and I doubt he ever will. It's just not in his character.
