Will we see Pirates/Marines stronger than the likes of Whitebeard, Dragon, Shanks?

In the future, i mean there is 10 (9 now) years of One Piece left, will we see Pirates stronger than the likes of Whitebeard, Dragon, Shanks etc.?

There probably are people stronger than Whitebeard, dragon, and shanks. They probably not that well known by other pirates or the marines. But we have seen the strongest marines though.

At the end of the 10 years, I believe that Zoro will be able to match Mihawk, if not Shanks also...

also if it takes 10 years for Sanji to be able to match Kizaru and for Luffy to match Garp & Whitebeard... then that'd be totally worth it :)

The strongest marines are already revealed but there might be pirates out there stronger than shanks or whitebeard.

yeah i like to think so too that they will be pirates stronger, but the fact that Yonkou rule the New World and the if they were stronger than Whitebeard or Shanks we would have heard their name atleast. So its really hard to tell, i think we will see more pirates but not as strong as Shanks or Whitebeard, but i think we might see Pirates who can match them in strength

And look how fast Oda pulled the New World out of pretty much nowhere.

Maybe new stronger characters will be somehow related to Dragon and the revolution. Or maybe Raftel. Or maybe something else we don't know about yet. Considering how much manga is left, it wouldn't be hard at all for Oda to introduce a host of new characters.
