Simply put - how do I do it?

So many games get released in Japan waay before we get them over here, and with the PS3 being region-free, I wanted to look in to importing some. However, I've no idea where to look for them. I'd heard of Play-Asia, but upon checking them out, every game appears to be unavailable for shipping to the EU.

So, being a gamer from the UK, where can I look for import games?

Thanks in advance.

Uhh thanks, but my post was generally about the fact that I'd tried Play-Asia and nothing on there seems to be available for shipping to the European Union, and coming from England that's a fairly major problem.

sony ban sell PS3 and PSP games for europeanon play asia. Sony destoyed Link sang because they sold japanese PS3 to europeans.
For UK players i don't have solution. Maybe you should try ebay.co.jp but it would be very expensive for you because of the pound.

YesAsia and the like are generally way more expensive for UK'ers atm (weak £), and considering our games are being discounted even after a week or two on internet retailers. Don't Japan only get RPG's early, they won't be in English will they?

No, not in English, but I'm confident enough in my Japanese skills to think I'd at least be able to navigate games, and glean the plot when neccessary.

I'll check out YesAsia, but if prices are that bad at the moment, then I'll just wait.

Try out Estarland.com They ship worldwide and offer some import games.

A bit of a warning though. I just received my order from them today and the cases for the games were in pretty bad shape. Opened up FFX and the disc slid out. The bottom right of the case was cracked from the back in. It was used so I kind of shrugged it off. Came with the original case and manual. If I had bought it at a store somewhere used I would have gotten some cheap stand in case with no manual and a scratched up game so I can't complain too much.

Yakuza 2 was bought new and its case was also cracked pretty badly in the same spot. Same thing though. Disc was cool as was everything else besides the case. Looks like something happened during shipping. Probably improper handling, but they could have packaged it a bit better as well.

I'm kind of a stickler for cases so it annoys me, but something like this happening may not affect you at all.
