I think the approach of not simply watching the show for enjoyment, but rather to criticize it from the very beginning is something that is especially noticeable on the Internet.

I honestly don't think the director should give a shit about 2chan and other shitholes. He pretty much had it right on the money. Most people on those sites just want to find something to bitch about in every single episode. I honestly don't see the point of looking so deep into something to the extent of ruining the purpose of doing it which is to be entertained.

Criticising isn't a crime. Hell, people that criticise criticism are more guilty of wasting their time than those who do. Why are you on a discussion forum, have a comments section, or are on the internet period if you want everything to be rosey?

Personally, I hope by expressing distaste for a show, future ones will be made to be more palatable. If the director is worth his salt, he'll listen to criticism in the hopes of improving his art. And not just to sell model kits.
