Well the easiest way to lose weight is to exercise, so try to get in as much as possible even without your treadmill you should be able to find something.
For food, the main thing is to avoid snacking, crisps and chocolates for example and cutting down on any fast food you may have. Try and have a regular eating pattern each day, with plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Breakfast is also a good idea, having a good breakfast means that you will feel less hungry for the rest of the day so will be less inclined to snack during the day. Many people skip breakfast to lose weight, though this is commonly a reason to gain weight.

You can exercise without a treadmill, and personally I suggest you do it in the morning although any exercise at any time is better than none at all. You might consider getting a light weight medicine ball, I know they make 6 pound balls as I have one and I'm pretty sure they have 4 pounders as well. You'll be able to find several workouts you can do with that online. If you don't won't to invest in that you could use hand weights to the same effect with some workouts. Crunch's are a good bet, push up's of course, and those exercises don't require anything. You need to work off those last 10 pounds along with dieting. Good luck.

Just dont eat for a week :)
lol if i don't eat for a week i will actually loose muscle instead of fat.. so thats a big negative for me....Unless i go on a fat free diet for a weeks i'm gonna try that

Lock yourself in a place for a week with no food, other than a single potato chip and eat it when you feel hungry.
But seriously, if you've already lost some pounds you should know what to do :p I'm looking to lose about 5lbs, but don't know if it'll happen anytime soon. For starters, start working out, eat many small meals 4-5 a day.
You don't need to go outside to work out, there's plenty of things you can do inside, or even then just go out for a walk. It's better than nothing, and it doesn't strain your legs as much.
I'd suggest working out during the morning, before breakfast (If you feel like you're gonna vomit when doing it you're better off eating breakfast then work out after.) because this is when the body will burn calories fastest. It worked fine for me at least, but I sometimes felt sick because I hadn't eaten for many hours, so don't strain yourself too much.
Always eat breakfast like someone said, even if just a fruit or a sandwich. Don't eat fast food, don't chocolate, don't eat candy, never again eat white bread, eat lots of vegetables, fruits and not too much carbohydrates. etc etc you'll figure it out. Should try get a lot of protein too, at least some :P to avoid losing fat. Like eggs, meat, oatmeal and such.
Where are you trying to lose the weight? Just all-around or in a specific area?

around my chest and stomach....
i got an elliptical machine but idk if i can loose weight on it.. if i go for 45 mins on it it says i burned off a 1000 calories.. but i don't sweat nor.. feel like i burned a 1000 calories.. never the less its one that gets harder to use over time.. its constantly adding like pressure to the wheel? ..the max doesn't feel that hard to do..

You can start eating more fruit and vegetables than you do right now (unless you already eat them). Or you can start doing exercises in the morning instead of the noon or the night, I heard that you burn more calories in the morning :amuse

Do Eat/Drink:
Fish (you best source. There's like no fat on fish. Just don't get it fried)
Chicken Breast (grilled, baked)
Turkey (grilled, baked
Lean Beef
Cottage Cheese
Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts (no sodium)
Veggies all colors (aim for spinach, ignore the corn)
Natural Peanut Butter (no sodium)
Eggs (3 to 1 ratio: 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk. Gotta have some b12)
Olive Oil
Water
Fruits Load up (but go easy on bananas unless it's before or after your workout, the sugar might slow you down otherwise)
Whole Wheat Breads
Healthy cereals (there aren't many but Wheaties, Bran Flakes, Frosted Mini Wheats . . . notice a trend?)
Oatmeal (I hate the stuff, but I hide it in my other foods.)
Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Pasta
Stop Eating/Drinking
Anything Fried
Anything processed (white breads, chips, most cereals)
Soda
Alcohol
Most Dairy (The pasteurized stuff is bad for you. Switch to Almond or Rice milk, or Soy if you are female)
Sweets
Juice (eat the fruit instead)
Salted Snacks
Jams and Jellies (though sugar free aren't so bad)
Though that's if you want to go hardcore. A bit of the bad stuff every once in a while isn't that bad if you're exercising a lot, but make sure it's every once in a while.
Also create an indoor circuit workout routine so that your heart rate stays up. Go from push ups into squats into crunches into leg lifts into whatever. Just make sure you don't take a break in between exercises so that you don't have to worry so much about cardio.

As far as your weight goes, beer will hit you harder. Grain alcohol isn't nearly has heavy as some of the tastier beers. The problem with your rums and whiskeys is when you start to head down the path of mixed drinks.
I've been drinking whole milk since I was a kid. :O Me and my mom. We're both healthy and not overweight.

Drinking milk isn't a guarantee that a person will be fat. Just like I could probably eat a Doughnut a day and still be in pretty good shape considering my workout routine and my metabolism. (not to say that whole milk is as bad as a doughnut, but you get the idea.)
Sure it has a bit of protein, but it also has a lot of hormones and other incorrect "nutrients" by way of the cow's feed that translates into allergens into our bodies.
I swear by Almond milk.

Yeah, just make sure you're getting enough protein. If you don't want to eat a lot of meat, eat some beans. They're also a pretty good source of positive carbs. Try and get some whole grains, but you don't need them as much as your veggies.
Also, eat your veggies b4 your fruits. While fruits are good, they do have sugars. So get as much of your sugar free vitamins from veggies.
And Water Water Water. :amuse

Pump some iron. Every ounce of muscle is more calories burned at rest.

Oh I know, but what annoys me is when I'm drinking milk in mixed company, there's always someone who feels the need to tell me how fat it's gonna make me. :facepalm I just smile and pour another glass.
I've never had almond milk, but I do drink Bolthouse Farms vanilla chai soy protein drink/milk. It's delicious, goes down really smooth, and unlike the other soy milk I've tried, doesn't separate if you let it sit. D: It's a little expensive, though.
I went on a tuna diet for like 2 months and lost like 20lbs asap.:wink
try eating dry salads as well, that will help.
