In a non-prep batman vs kakashi, kakashi can pull a win, with prep kakashi is dead before the fight starts.

I would have to go with the if Batman had prep time he could take on just about anyone in Naruto. Batman does have training in Every Martial Arts Style, and never tends to go into a fight without knowing something about who he is fighting. That and Batman plays off a persons psyche as well.

Its true people, batman has beaten superman. In fact while supes was fighting his cousin and wonderwoman was fighting a trio of chicks, he alone took on DARKSEID on his own planet (DC's goto man for cosmic level threats). He came out on top. Because batman has a million plans for every situation. He is like shikamaru, hes 500 steps ahead of you. And on top of that, he is borderline fucking evil. He checkmated Darkseid because He could blow his entire planet up along with millions of his people if darkseid didn't concede. Darkseid was impressed.

What kakashi does is pretty much equivalent to magic. The darknight has seen it. This really depends on scenario of battle. If they fought in gotham, kakashi goes down. If they fight on another planet, and batman survives the first scuffle to escape, batman will win.

This is about guile and sneakiness...whose got more of it and who has the brutal guts to slice the other guys head clean off. Its hard to say. Batman though great with working in the shadows will have a hard time against a ninja with a sharingan.

I say kakashi 7/10 confidence in normal arena surrounding.

You might say Kakashi is way too fast. Batman beat a guy who can run at 8 times the speed of light, and fight and everything at that speed. You might say Kakashi is too strong. He beat Superman, who can punch a planet in half. You might say Kakashi has too many jutsus. Batman has beat enough people with enough ranges of power that he will be used to dealing with all of them. Plus, with prep time he will have figured out what every single one of Kakashi's jutsus is, and how to beat it easily. Plus, the jutsus are many, but a lot of them are similar, and way less powerful than things he has beaten. Superman's heat vision is greater than every Katon, stuff like that. You might say Kakashi is too smart. Batman is the Einstein to Kakashi's 2 year old with massive head trauma. Batman is the basicly the smartest non-cosmic in the universe, and he is probably smarter than some of them. Kakashi noticed the puddle, Batman would have known it would be there 2 months before it was.

A lot of this has been brought up before with tons of evidence. Take my word for it Batman owns almost anyone below Cosmic if he has prep time. Batman vs Narutoverse would have been more fair, but still a victory for Bats.

I don't think Bats will be able to gather as much information as he would like to prepare for battle. He is also too reliant on technology, which can backfire.

Bunshins could be countered by simple explosives (since they essentially evaporate if hit even by relatively weak attacks) the police use a kind of grenades filled with rubber-balls to disable without killing, these would take out loads of bunshins.

Raikiri seems to require that you run a bit before using it, bats could take advantage of that, either by being close or by layering the area with traps. Even a simple smoke-grenade would negate the Sharingan's advantages (and as Lee said, you need the Sharingan for Chidori/Raikiri to be effective)

If he can see him. (As Haku proved, you need to track your prey, or at least see them, before you can predict their moves) Bats is a master of using concealment to his advantage (he'd fight in the night, and probably using smoke or something for concealment)

While he also wears a special suit to protect him from heat to Katons, and from blunt trauma of Suitons. Then he also has a dimensional portal he built himself (he has) which he uses to teleport Kakashi into space in the middle of another universe, or something crazy like that.

As said, Bats wouldn't engage unless he had a plan to defuse the Sharingan (darkness, smoke, or some other type of concealment, possibly some kind of tear gas on steroids, as well as laying traps, lots of traps.) Heck that punk Zabusa was a credible threat against kakashi, and Bats wouldn't neglect protecting himself against the other senses as well (can you say "Stink Bomb"?)

The thing is, Batman doesen't play fair, and he's got more experience and skillz than Kakashi will ever have.

I think you underestimate Batman. Batman is *good* in hand-to-hand combat. Really good. He's beaten a white martian (who has superman level strength) simply with his hand to hand combat skills. (yes, that's totally obscene) Superman himself has called him "The most dangerous man on earth".

Kakashi is younger than Batman, and Bats has spent a good portion of his life either training or fighting. He's not as fast and probably not as strong but I'd bet on him as the better fighter.

Naruto's characters are METAHUMANS...they can do magic tricks of any sort....Kakashi knows nearly 1000 of these "magic tricks"....before Batman could blink he would have a kunai in his neck....look the precision of the ninjas....they made a guy like Batman look like a kid playing with his batarangs.

Ninjas are far more versatile than Batman and his utility belt. Specially Kakashi who is one of the most experienced and balanced ninjas in Naruto's world....please tell me ....how Batman will evade a big ass suiton like the one Kakashi used against Zabuza that covered a whole forest....how Batman will deal with a speed equal to Lee who was moving so fast that he "disappeared" from the eyes of every spectator during the preliminaries...what could do Batman's punches against guys who destroy rocks with their bodies (Naruto used Sasuke's body like a rag doll against a rock during the battle of the valley of the end....and both of them were just children genin)....hell how Batman will hit Kakashi in the first place...or you forgot kawamiri...a jutsu so fast for human standards that you replace your body with any other object in the less the blink of an eye....what about henge...?....Batman will never know where is Kakashi....or doton suicide technique....killing Batman from below.... and I don't counted Sharingan....that will make impossible to Batman land a single punch or attack in Kakashi who will predict all his next movements....or sharingan genjutsu....Kakashi just need to see Batman to win.....

In a straigh 1 on 1 fight, Kakashi has this easily. With his extensive knowledge of jutsus, he could beat batman 5 ways from Friday without even being in range of the dark knight. Bats can't hide from him either, as Kakashi or Pakkun could sniff him out. And he oculd easily keep up with bats in regards to Taijutsu thanks to the Sharingan. If this is prep-time bats there still is a chance he could lose, depending on the intel he gets on Kakashi. He'll at least know who Kakashi is, why he is so badass, and find out about the sharingan. He'll expect Kage bunshins, kawarimi's and regular bunshins. But he won't be able to find out what all of Kakashi's 1000 jutsu are. And if one of those Jutsu just happen to be the Katon: Gokakyu no jutsu, bats is screwed, cause that's one giant fireball coming his way.

But here's the real kicker. If you mixed the two different universes and given that Batman was trained as a ninja, how many jutsus would he know? I think he'd be pretty bad ass himself given who good he already is. Not that Kakashi wouldn't hold him at a standstill for a while but I think that in the long run, Batman would win.
